The store location from which Mr. Yates made his purchase has agreed to issue a full refund. After contacting the customer they have been informed that he has already filed a dispute with his
credit card carrier, of which the merchant will not refute so that the refund may be issued as agreed by his carrier. This matter has been resolved.

My wife went into Forever Flawless store in Park Meadows Mall on May 24th for a facial treatment which she had paid for, and left spending over $4000 on products.After some discussions with my partner I had found that the person who was selling the product had been very pushy as well as not taking "no" for an answer.

So she was pushed into buying $4,005.46, needless to say the products were well over priced when comparing to the same exact products both online and through the products manufactures websites. My wife was alone at the time so she really felt used and abused by the sales staff. On May 28th I went with my wife to get a refund for the unused products, the sales staff would not take our concerns about the prices as well as the unused product back. We were told that the place had cameras and that everything including the transactions were recorded.

We tried to record the conversations with the sales staff and were told that they do not want to be recorded under no uncertain terms. After around 45 minutes to an hour we were told that the sales person would be fired if a refund was given. Also when the 5 sales pitch I told the sales person that I was tired of the bull****. When the sales person finally started to total up the "retail prices" and then deducted 20% we wound up owing more to the store if we returned the products.

I would add photos of the sales receipt but upon looking now that we are home it looks like it (the sales receipt) was not returned to us. I did advise the sales person that we are going to dispute the charge at the bank, as well as advising the sales person that we are on a limited income.

For I am 100% disabled veteran and my partner is on Social Security.As well as the dispute with the bank, I will also be filing a Consumer Complaint with the State of Colorado on the sales tactics, the sales staff, and the pressure the staff puts on folks, the very incoherent return policy, taking advantage of elders, and what can be considered as elder fraud.
