Burned My Face and Eyes for Over 3 Weeks...They DO NOT Stand by there Products and They are Trained to Be The Biggest Scam Artists Out There...Told Me if I Wasn't Happy with the Product Within 30 Days They Would Refund My Money Back NO Questions Asked...I called them within the 30 Days and told them what happened to Me and they just Ignored Me...I Spent $700.00 and My Girlfriend Spent $2100.00...She also had a BAD Reaction.. STAY AWAY...They are BAD People and We bought from the Owners Son David in a Signature Store in Puerto Rico while on a Cruise...Still Trying to get Our Money Back...If Nothing Else I Just Want To Put These People OUT OF BUSINESS so they CAN'T take Advantage of Anybody Else...

I was deceived by salesperson and charged wrongfully on my credit card. I was approached by sales person Ellie in front of Forever Flawless store at North Shore Shopping Center in Peabody, MA.

I went in and she proceeded to start applying products to my arm and then sat me down in a chair and starting to bring out products and apply them to my face. She then started out with an outrageous price of 3495.00 for an array of products that she said I needed. I said in no way do I have that much money. She then removed products and brought out new ones and changed the price and products NUMEROUS times.

I was confused and didn't know what was actually in the bag she was filling and removing from. She asked for my credit card because I said I didn't know how much available I had left on it. Now she was at the register with my card and she came back with a bag and products with a receipt she said was in the bag. Another sales man came over and started talking to me with compliments while she was at the register to distract me.

I was played I know after the fact. She was charming and kept giving me compliments to throw me off guard and so was the other salesman David his name was. I didn't see the receipt till I got home because it was buried under my products. I want a refund for the $650.oo gold mask that is what is actually on my receipt.

This is outrageous price and I was lied to and manipulated. The product was not sealed from the time of sale either so I don't know if it was used on another person for one of their demonstrations. I did not use it because it was already opened when I got home. I want a full refund.

I have not contacted the store yet I wanted leverage before I do that so they don't try to manipulate me again. I also am going to speak to my lawyer about this to see what I can do legally if they do not refund me.
