Ownership team has been updated about the experience at their store location with their staff. As a tourist in Amsterdam I was walking along the street having finished my shopping for the day and got dragged into the flawless store and €1200 later I have products that I don't want or indeed need very angry and upset

I can't be believe I allowed myself to be talked into spending all that money The salesman was high pressure and far too personal.......everytime I said NO he gave me yet another gift that I didn't want and I left the store in tears knowing I had been conned....I'm nervous to use the products as I don't feel they are trustworthy.....I am going to try and go back tomorrow to get my money back.....but I'm not sure they will refund me......I hope I've learnt a big lesson from this and truly wish I could have given this money to charity rather than an over excited salesman.....so angry

Same thing happened to me in Amsterdam. I knew I was being conned, but was too "English" and polite to get out quick enough. Only 120 Euros for me, but considering I only went out for pizza...

If they try this on you tell them you tell them NO NO NO and walk out.

I'm another unhappy customer.I don't think of myself as being easily conned but I feel I was this time.

I was Christmas shopping and grabbed by a salesperson for a demo. Every time I said I didn't want the product the highly aggressive salesperson offered me a new deal. I ended up buying something but feeling that I'd been conned, I should have gone with my instinct and told them to keep their product.

If a product is good they don't need to use the sales tactics that are used.
