I've spent an embarrassing amount of money with this company and yet when I tried to redeem a gift certificate that my husband had purchased they refused to honor it, saying that they had given me "enough deals." Liars.I guess spending more than $7,500 isn't enough.

They've always been extremely pushy, using their "facials" as a ploy to get me to buy more stuff.

And they aren't really facials -- they're more like product demos.I compared their sales tactics with friends who also use their products and we all agree that they will say anything to get us to buy.

Reason of review: Not honoring a gift certificate.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Sales rep is a liar, Service.
