Got caught up in their sales pitch so let them try their product....asked price, showed $199 on bottom of box and they "threw in" an extra cream and told me I would need the syrum as well $400! While at the counter the sign for no refunds was obscured to the far side of the counter....ran my card through!

Put an information card on top of the receipt while they were "charming" me....looked at my receipt when getting in car it was $1600!!!!!

STOLE from me I went right back and they said they don't do refunds....I contacted my credit card company and they said I have to dispute charge even though I was in store within a short period of transaction.  I can't believe I let this happen they are theives!!! Any suggestions

Call the police at the store. I tried to get my money back with BBB but the company's headquarter said the individual retail stores are all independent & the headquarter is NOT responsible.
