Approached eith sales pitch. State of mind vulnerable.

Am on disability fot mental health issues. Continued sales pitches after promises of changes in skin tightening and fading of skin spots. Never made it clear that continued treatments of mask which would be necessary for change and much more money would be involved. Refused to make refund when asked the next day of buying product which was not opened.

This is predatory behavior on a person with a disability. I will be reporting this to the people with disabilities act.

I too was 'scammed', by Forever Flawless. Yes, I did get a facial and buy product, but the products were EXTREMELY overpriced.

Much of the packaging does not allow you to see how much product you have left. The results are no better than any normal and faithfully followed skin care regimen. Their policy is no refunds, only exchanges. If you hate the product or it doesn't perform as promised you can only get more product.

They are fast-talking, flattering and misdirecting. I was loaded up with supposedly 'gift' product that turns out to be 4 packages of the same two skin products.

Additionally, their hiring practices are suspect, but that's not my issue. I want all or a portion of my money back and I'll gladly return to them the excessive product I have not used.

I am a Premium Member VIP 00238 of the Sydney store which I was informed via a short and brief text message that the store was closed effectively of that day and have received no further advice as to where I can continue to receive my supplies and treatments. I have contacted the other store and was advised by Michelle the day manager at the store that they had no knowledge of the details pertaining to the store closure and hence suggested I make contact with your Head Office in regards to the future supply and treatments.

I paid over $11,000.00 on the membership in January this year and therefore would appreciate a reply on how we can resolve this. I would be satisfied in receiving a bulk shipment on your range of products that I would select if this store is not going to re-open as I understand the Miranda store is not related in ownership to the city store owner and Miranda is too far for me to travel to.

I paid just under $6000 5 months ago for two years of silver and white products, plus 12 facials. I'm not happy with the products and feel they are not worth the money or the time it takes me to drive to the mall for refills.

I wrote Shelly Marigan at Sarasota UTC a month ago, asking for a refund of just $3000. I thought that was quite generous, given that at the time I had only used the products for 4 months and had 4 facials. She did not reply to my emails of various calls to the store. When I just now told the store how unhappy I am, she finally called back and told me there was nothing she could do and that I would have to call customer service.

Guess what? Nobody answered and the mailbox is full! What a surprise. This is NOT a reputable business.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, mall management, the Herald-Tribune retail reporter, and an attorney. In addition, I will personally go to the mall and tell potential customers to walk away for a certain rip-off.

credit card carrier, of which the merchant will not refute so that the refund may be issued as agreed by his carrier. This matter has been resolved.

My wife went into Forever Flawless store in Park Meadows Mall on May 24th for a facial treatment which she had paid for, and left spending over $4000 on products. After some discussions with my partner I had found that the person who was selling the product had been very pushy as well as not taking "no" for an answer.

So she was pushed into buying $4,005.46, needless to say the products were well over priced when comparing to the same exact products both online and through the products manufactures websites. My wife was alone at the time so she really felt used and abused by the sales staff. On May 28th I went with my wife to get a refund for the unused products, the sales staff would not take our concerns about the prices as well as the unused product back. We were told that the place had cameras and that everything including the transactions were recorded.

We tried to record the conversations with the sales staff and were told that they do not want to be recorded under no uncertain terms. After around 45 minutes to an hour we were told that the sales person would be fired if a refund was given. Also when the 5 sales pitch I told the sales person that I was tired of the *** When the sales person finally started to total up the "retail prices" and then deducted 20% we wound up owing more to the store if we returned the products. I would add photos of the sales receipt but upon looking now that we are home it looks like it (the sales receipt) was not returned to us.

I did advise the sales person that we are going to dispute the charge at the bank, as well as advising the sales person that we are on a limited income.

For I am 100% disabled veteran and my partner is on Social Security. As well as the dispute with the bank, I will also be filing a Consumer Complaint with the State of Colorado on the sales tactics, the sales staff, and the pressure the staff puts on folks, the very incoherent return policy, taking advantage of elders, and what can be considered as elder fraud.

Bought the vip package which includes products, masks, and 1 year of Farr facials. I told them that I'm only on Long Island 4 months of the year.

They assured me that when I returned to florida I could continue facials in there other store in palm beach named "Revelation". I was given Chens phone number(an owner) so he could set me up. Upon calling him he tells me I can only use VIP gold membership in NY (Walt Whitman) Oceane. He set I could pay and use Florida store.

He lied, won't denie it but won't honor their sale to me. They are very, very shady and I would be Leary about dealing with them.

This product is sh*%#-... Im so embarassed of spending so much money on a trashy product.

I woulda felt better burning the money i spent than having two *** ladies laughing on my back for ripping me off...

The lady very insisting pulled my hand to sit on a chair at the Glendale Galleria mall in LA, tried some skin peal on my wrist and compaired with the other. I dont know how i fell for it but she convinced me to buy two creams, the pealing one and the moisturizing ( i wont say how much i spent, its crazy and embarrassing) i never had pimples on my face or suffered any imperfections, after trying these trashy products in that same moment a bunch of itchy pimples started coming out. Then saw the receipt that said no refund which i wasnt informed of.

For anyone who is investigating before purchase DONT GET FOOLED, ITS TRASH, IT DOESNT WORK!!!! Get yourself some bomb shoes and a elegant diner with your wife and kids if you have any...

Spoke via phone with Ms. Neumann om 11/11/2016 regarding her review. She has stated that the product she had an issue with was, in fact, a “Lioness” brand of product not Forever Flawless. She stated that she was disappointed with the sales representative and that she was not aware that the store locations are privately owned and independently operated retail locations that carry multiple brands of products. Ms. Nuemann states that had she known she would not have posted negatively about our brand as she has not actually used our product at all. The customer says she is unable to remove the review as she does not see a feature that allows it. Per the customer she sold the free items she was given during her purchase on Ebay and she has recouped her investment so she considers the matter resolved to her satisfaction.

As all the other reviewers have stated you try to walk past the store and it is very difficult as the sales people are pushy. The eye serum they put on looked good while I was in the store but was a white, flaky mess an hour later.

Looked like I put egg whites under my eyes which would have done the same thing for much cheaper. Gave me free product but it is not the same product they used on me at the store. Luckily I didn't spend as much as other people have and I'm just going to chalk it up as a lesson. I don't live close enough to get back in the 7 days required to get a refund with a 20% restocking fee.

Of course that assuming they would give me a refund if I made the trip.

I feel like an *** and don't believe for a second these products work.

My mom. Purchased the whole Blue Diamond forever flawless collection and the retailer that sold it to her would not refund her money so if anybody needs a forever Flawless collection will sell it for half price it's a shame to spend that kind of money and they won't refund your money my mom had a bad reaction to the facial they gave her at the store so the products are all unused.

I too purchased these products. I agree with the other poster.

It is close to a timeshare sales presentation or a "used car salesman." I believe what they had administered on my face was not the same product when I took it home. I too, tried to return it. No refunds. Buyer beware, I am just thankful, I did not buy over a 1,000 worth like other posters.

They have recently closed their doors her in my mall. I have read the same copy and paste comments over and over about the companies rebuttals regarding disgruntled customers and notice they give a personal reply to the few that like the product.

We purchased product on 8/31/2016 and decided to return it. Within the prescribed 7 day return period, we went to the Forever Flawless shop in S Park Meadows Center and were told that the person who could process the refund was not in.

We were directed to come back on Sunday. Returning on Sunday, September 4, the shop personnel took back the product and gave us a receipt for it, saying that the credit would be processed back to our credit card the next day. Today is September 20th, and after a number of calls to different people in the Forever Flawless shop, we still don't have the refund back to our credit card.

I won't do business with Forever Flawless again because of their deceptive business practices. I wish there were a way to give 0 stars!

Scam, came home had to wash my eye , still burning and having trouble with my right eye where it was applied ! Thank goodness I realized it was a scam , specially since she try to tell me she is Romanian but they all spoke Israeli and when she realized I was not going to purchase she try to tell that she could give me a good deal without the box for a $ 100.00 right there I knew get the heck out .

In Miami Beach I had the chance to saw how these guys lure unaware people with a scratcher to get into their store. 10 seconds after they were in, three sales persons sourrend the victims for an unconfortable hard sale.

It was disgusting. Two blocks from there there's another store that apply the sames sale method, it's called Tresor Rare. They have probably the same owners. I believe that what they do is not legal at all.

Sooner or later these scammer will be in jail.

I was a victim of a VERY pushy salesman yesterday at FF. The boy put some firming gel under my eye.

I knew right away that it was just an average skin care product at an insane price! I could tell a difference, but it was dark in the store so who knows. He put so much on it felt like dry wall spackle when it dried. I had tried Peter Thomas Roth Instant FIRMx before, which does the same thing only better, that you can get at Ulta for only $38 as opposed to the insane price FF was offering, after lots of "special deals".

The other comment mentioned Tresor Rare. I got a sample of that in Vegas last time I was there and I actually like the product. It goes on smoothly and seems to correct bags & wrinkles, but it is a temporary eye fix. Still, I would use Tresor Rare again.

Beware of the FF people! It's fun if you are VERY good at resisting high pressure sales people, otherwise, stay away!

I meant to add, the Tresor Rare effect is very subtle as opposed to the Peter Thomas Roth product which is more dramatic.

I wish there was a no star option or negative stars! I am a former Consumer Protection Prosecutor and this place appears to be a total scam to me.

I hope they are taken down before they steal thousands of dollars per customer for a gimmick. I was lured in by a sales lady who used the oldest tricks in the book - free sample, compliments about my looks, and then "Oh you are so lucky, our finest assistant will apply this miracle wrinkle cure to your eyes, which are the only place you show any signs of aging!" Then they literally put this cream that is like tingly glue under ONE eye and say "doesn't that look so much better!" so you have this glue under one eye and your skin is stretched out and of course it looks different - And to get the other eye to look the same? That will be $1,500! I walked out immediately and couldn't wait to get home to wash it off, but before I got home, the gel/glue crusted up into some flakey white irritating residue under my eye.

It felt to good to wash it off! I hope these scammers are chased off the Promenade soon. They are so pushy and disreputable!

I fear for some older folks getting scammed to the tune of $1,500 a bottle for some glue! #ConsumerFraud
