I had a terrible experience the other day in the Natick MA store . I was lored into the store and before you knew it the seemingly friendly sales clerk began slathering products on me.

Both my friend and I explained that I have very serious allergies and asked if there were any colorings in the products . I was assured that the products are organic and that the bright orange product she was putting on me was from apricots ! Well my skin began to burn which I explained to her . My friend asked for an ingredient list we were told she didn't have one !

My friend asked for the box where she read that there were artificial chemicals and colorings in the product! This is serious I could have gone into anifilactic shock ! I ended up with hives on my face and arms where the product was applied !

I must have tried four times to leave and excuse myself but her high pressure approach just continued . I wouldn't buy your product !

Glad you are recovering. It's mind blowing, that these stores are still open in Malls all over the USA , Canada, and many Carribean Islands. It's the biggest scam going!!

Burned My Face and Eyes for Over 3 Weeks...They DO NOT Stand by there Products and They are Trained to Be The Biggest Scam Artists Out There...Told Me if I Wasn't Happy with the Product Within 30 Days They Would Refund My Money Back NO Questions Asked...I called them within the 30 Days and told them what happened to Me and they just Ignored Me...I Spent $700.00 and My Girlfriend Spent $2100.00...She also had a BAD Reaction.. STAY AWAY...They are BAD People and We bought from the Owners Son David in a Signature Store in Puerto Rico while on a Cruise...Still Trying to get Our Money Back...If Nothing Else I Just Want To Put These People OUT OF BUSINESS so they CAN'T take Advantage of Anybody Else...

I was deceived by salesperson and charged wrongfully on my credit card. I was approached by sales person Ellie in front of Forever Flawless store at North Shore Shopping Center in Peabody, MA.

I went in and she proceeded to start applying products to my arm and then sat me down in a chair and starting to bring out products and apply them to my face. She then started out with an outrageous price of 3495.00 for an array of products that she said I needed. I said in no way do I have that much money. She then removed products and brought out new ones and changed the price and products NUMEROUS times.

I was confused and didn't know what was actually in the bag she was filling and removing from. She asked for my credit card because I said I didn't know how much available I had left on it. Now she was at the register with my card and she came back with a bag and products with a receipt she said was in the bag. Another sales man came over and started talking to me with compliments while she was at the register to distract me.

I was played I know after the fact. She was charming and kept giving me compliments to throw me off guard and so was the other salesman David his name was. I didn't see the receipt till I got home because it was buried under my products. I want a refund for the $650.oo gold mask that is what is actually on my receipt.

This is outrageous price and I was lied to and manipulated. The product was not sealed from the time of sale either so I don't know if it was used on another person for one of their demonstrations. I did not use it because it was already opened when I got home. I want a full refund.

I have not contacted the store yet I wanted leverage before I do that so they don't try to manipulate me again. I also am going to speak to my lawyer about this to see what I can do legally if they do not refund me.

I have been using Forever Flawless since October 2012. I absolutely love the products! I use the face wash, toner, gel peel, eye serum, snake venom cream, am & pm facial lotion, multi-use lotion and the body scrub and lotion.

I have used many other products in the past and have never had the results I have gotten from FF. Friends & family have complimented on my healthy looking skin. I love Forever Flawless products and will NEVER use any other facial products!

I would recommend Forever Flawless to any one who really want the best skin care line and can afford it, their products are amazing not so much for the price.

This product is working for me

I am a product junkie and I have tried every skin care product that I can find. I was approached by a sales person in The Walt Whitman Mall three months ago and tried a eye serum and cream in a chair in the store.

I must say the results were amazing and I could not help myself from buying both products. Well I was a little nervous about spending that amount of money ( but the sizes were huge), but I did anyway. I used the product for a few months only and people I know were asking me if I had work done. This stuff is truly a godsend!

After three months, by husband who never notices anything, said I looked pretty. I'm sold. I am now using the entire Black Diamond line and I recently purchased the L.E.D.

light treatment and I look AWESOME. Thank you Forever Flawless, you really are the best!

Flawed

The products are highly over-priced and basically worthless. A total snake oil carnival scam.

A cheap and easy form of hydration is to wash your face at night with warm water and use a bit of Vaseline. This was what Elizabeth Taylor always recommended.

The "flawless" exfoliating gel just dries on itself and produces what looks like shed skin. It's quite an illusion. I still had to wash my face to get the remainder of this grubby stuff off.

The store's marketing tactics are certainly flawless. All quite aggressive and well rehearsed. Did you get invited to come back for a free facial?

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this racket.

Forever Flawless in Sarasota, FL UTC mall. Got caught up in their sales pitch.

However, they offered us water, we accepted and about 45m later we made a ridiculous $ amt purchase. We went back for a refund within 24hrs. We weren't given much hassle. However, we were offered their water again 5 times and had to wait about 45 minutes before the 1 person that could refund us showed up.

We really think something was in the water. We NEVER spend that kind of $ without major hesitation.

There was no hesitation yesterday...none at all, very uncharacteristic. Please, Please don't fall for it.

DO NOT LET THEM SUCK YOU IN!!!!

It started off by him offering me a sample, which got me in the door. Before I knew it I was getting a mini facial.

After the facial the price haggling began. The guy was very intense & pushy. He would not let me walk away without buying something. It is my fault for not walking away anyway, but what a terrible experience.

It was worse than buying a car. I tried to return the products (felt they were too expensive) the day after purchase (unopened) and they would not let me! They have a NO REFUND policy on their very expensive products! I have NEVER seen a company that sells skin care products that does not allow refunds, especially the next day!

Most skin care product companies tell you to try them out for 90 days and are still willing to offer a refund because they believe in their products. The manager's response was there was a no refund sign on the counter but I never saw one!

Makes you wonder if they "conveniently" place that sign when you get to the register. My advise to the Brandon Mall consumers WALK AWAY, don't even go in!!!!!

San Diego /Escondido Mall, products are extremely over priced, no results at all. Pushy so called top sales person who promises she will walk you through using the product for a year.

She asks you to email her but all emails go to a cloud. Offers a year of free facials that you must tip the facial girl. A total scam with no change. There is a sister company with same products in Las Vegas, different label about 10.00 cheaper.

When I told the sales person I have already tried FF, she offered me a discount. I told her I know its a scam and an inferior product.

NOT WORTH ONE CENT. ALL WOMEN SHOULD AVOID FOREVER FLAWLESS and Sister company!!

I now use Dr Perricone products with great results.

High pressure

I do think that the product is excellent, however the sales pressure is intolerable. Before you know it, they have you purchase blue, pink, gold sets of facial care. And these purchases are at $2500 a set. They keep telling you how wonderful you look ...but then you must buy the next set so that your care is complete.The $ involved and the points that the sales people say they have to "reduce" some of the extravagant costs, is all a sales pitch, as an educated professional , I am concerned about the $ that they quote etc. should I have stayed with Clinique or Elizabeth Grady ? I am so frustrated at the costs I have allowed FF to burden me with. Please be an informed individual.

Products are basically all the same. The bottles and jars aren't even marked as to what they are.

I was trying to enjoy my vacation when I was wrangled into the shop for a little try-out. I agreed to buy two products and was told I could have a free facial and was scheduled for that.

I went in for the facial and was told that I was having many products put on my face plus they used a laser device. It felt good and I was somewhat interested. I only wanted to buy the device and a couple of products, but before I left the store I had been bullied into every single product they have. I spent over $4000.

Like I mentioned earlier, none of the jars or bottles are labeled as to their purpose. I was sent a vague email of how to use a few of them. I would like to return most of these products as I have not opened them at all.

I feel I was pressured and cajoled into spending a fortune on products that I will never use.

Still no response from the company. The parent company has revealed that each store is its own entity and the parent company will not dictate any actions to be taken.

Yes I got caught as well promised a free facial from Annabelle at the Palazzio in Los vegas the morning of my Daughters wedding only to be subject to more pressure and no facial and left in tears gutted to say the least

Yup, I had the same experience... just the other day.

And I agree with you 100%.

They are very pushy and impatient.

I didn't spend nearly as much money as you did but it was still quite pricey. I must say I sure looked good after applications of a few products but it was all so confusing I don't know what or when to use which products!

I was at Forever Flawless some months ago, and I bought the Apricot scrub and moisturizer. I thought it was okay, worth the try but probably wont buy it again. Then I was given a "free facial" to use at a later date.

When I tired to redeem it, they acted like they were doing me some charity work. They said that they would use some nice mask that they carry.

After they applied the mask, I was ganged up on and cornered in the back of the building by two men. One who claimed he was the "owner" they insisted that I needed plastic surgery. When they asked me what I was using I told them their own product and he said it wasn't working for me because my skin was "too damaged". I kept asking them to take the stuff off of my face and let me go home. They wouldn't let me leave, they gave a very aggressive/pushy sales pitch, asking me to spend $5k on this new product. When they tried it on me and asked me to comment on the "amazing" difference, I told them I really didn't see it, and they got visibly angry.

Finally I told them that I was going to buy anything, I can't afford those prices. They smeared the mask off leaving residue and marks all over my face.

I left the building crying and my fiance who was on his way down there wanted to call the police and press charges for harassment.

As a person coping with anxiety that was probably one of the most stressful moments I have had.

Forever Flawless Diamond Age-defying Beauty Set Review

I'm obviously a weak person. I fell for the pressure.

It cost $300 1st visit to a mall kiosk. Pushed into a facial appointment to make sure I was using product correctly. That resulted in another $1800. Then another follow up visit.

That cost me $5200. I was sick when I left. The sales rep knew I was on a fixed income but still pushed. "It will be a lifetime investment" !

Kept offering additional products for FREE. Went home with product! Cried! Went back the next day.

Asked for a refund to my credit card. Advised NO RETURNS! Told her I would cancel with credit card and leave product unused with her. She advised I was an adult and she didn't force me.

Also that she would be fired! They had a video camera. Then she called security. I was not hysterical and didn't make a scene.

Wish I had! Totally embarrassed! My credit card told me to mail product back to company and request refund. So that's what I did.

If they don't give me a refund I will request my credit card to dispute. I know there are a lot of people like me who just buy to get them to stop bulling.

That's is exactly how to handle it but use a signature service shipping company like Fedex and request signature service it is a few extra dollars but once they sign for it back ... possession is 9/10ths of the law as they say.

Had the same thing happen to me over 3000.00 I returned it back took pictures of everything sent by Fedex ground with signature required and put 3000.00 in declared value in case something happened to it. Make sure you keep copies of everything and write down while it is fresh everything that happened to you. I says this because after them coming back to my credit card company saying "No Refunds" i sent them all my documents including proof is receipt back to them. Provided a letter to my credit card company telling them everything that had happened.

If you notice the "NO REFUNDS" is not on the receipt you sign ... its only on the receipt they print off and fold up so you don't even see it when they hand it to you.

If you follow what i told you to do your credit card company will stand by you... mine did and where thrilled with all of my documents i had available for them to review.

I go though the same experience!!! I bought this product today in Natick Mall, MA.

My situation was little bit better than you, I got the refund because I ask refund 10 minutes after I paid. I am pretty sure, if I asked refund next day, they wouldn't except that. When I was doing the refund, I was texting my mom, the manager asked me:" are you recording me???" I said "no!" I wasn't happy because they suspect me. Maybe at that time, my face expression is not good and you know what, the manager said" I will call security!" (see??

same **** strategy) PLS do not buy this product. They are just *** people.
