I have never been treated so poorly by a company!

I was acosted outside the store and convinced to come in and listen to his sales pitch. I had my 5 year old grandson with me and I kept say ing that I needed to leave and he persisted.

Thought there was a chance I might like it and wanted to get out of there. i kept telling him that I had bought products on TV and returned them. He said you won't want to return this. He said why would you return it and I said "if I didn't like it.

At no time did he say they had a NoReturn policy and he did not show me any sign that stated their return policy and there was no sign!!! In less than 24 hours. Never having taken he product out of the bag!!! Said I could not return. Manager degraded me and was extremely rude. I wish their business lis ends could be revoked!!
