Forever Flawless - Representative used a different product on my eye than they sold me. They lied to me.
I know it is my fault for falling for this product but the product that was put under my eyes is obviously not what I was sold. I spent over $200 on something that was supposed to help the bags under my eyes. When the sales person put the product under my eyes it tingled and immediately made my under eye look better. My husband was there and he was convinced that there was a difference. Once I got the product home it did not tingle and was no different than the cream you can buy at the Dollar General Store. I would like to know what they use in the store and why the said they were selling it to me but they lied.
Also, the sales reps were very pushy and very insulting. They tried to make me feel that my skin was terrible and that what I am using is not working. They were rude and totally looked down on us.
I am very dissatisfied and will never step foot in one of your stores again or purchase your product. At least not until you start selling the same product to the consumer that you use for the demonstration.
Reason of review: Not as described.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
