I was cajoled into purchasing your product in a Mall. Called over- sell.
I said I was not interested in fact I told them I was very happy with my current product LaPrairie . Before I knew it I was purchasing a eye cream and given two products $400.00
FOR BOTH OF THE eye treatments (dark circles) The literature states it will work within days
Not only DID IT NOT WORK IT CAUSED me TO GET MILIUM UNDER BOTH EYES .
I HAVE CONTACTED, I WAS TOLD THE STORE OWNER, AND HAVE HEAD NOTHING.
I believe I am entitled to return the product and get my money back. Not any answer to my email is a very rude way to do business
Reason of review: Not as described.
Monetary Loss: $400.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Pushy pushy sales persons.
