Each location is a privately owned, independent, 3rd party business authorized to retail our brand. As the manufacturer and distributor of the products, we would need to refer you to the specific location where you made your purchase regarding any returns, refunds, shipments, etc. Any contract, promise or guarantee made by the retail location is the responsibility of the retail location.

However, we do maintain a relationship with these retail locations and can intervene when needed but since we have no control over their policies and do not franchise, we cannot guarantee resolution. If you need assistance with contact information of a specific location, we may be able to assist.

We appreciate your business and do not wish any negative experience with an authorized retailer to show poorly against our brand.

Too much rudeness my doctor said i cant use the products she was afraid due to my health issues he went ahead to refuse to remburse my credit card he took a picture of it is this allowed at one point we both got into a heated arguement. Very rude
