Hello I purchased products from Bioxage salon in NYC that included

refills of products and facials as well as silver oceane membership.

The store unfortunately closed without warning and I am wondering how

I can obtain the product refills and facials as I was told the silver membership card covered.

Please advise as I have invested much money on this product and promise of product and services, I do not make millions of dollars and work hard as a nurse. I spent this money with plans Sad of self care for myself and feel financially violated. I have reached out by calling customer service and I have sent an email but have not received any replies.
