Forever Flawless - No reply to Silver membership card

Hello I purchased products from Bioxage salon in NYC that included

refills of products and facials as well as silver oceane membership.

The store unfortunately closed without warning and I am wondering how

I can obtain the product refills and facials as I was told the silver membership card covered.

Please advise as I have invested much money on this product and promise of product and services, I do not make millions of dollars and work hard as a nurse. I spent this money with plans Sad of self care for myself and feel financially violated. I have reached out by calling customer service and I have sent an email but have not received any replies. Good quality

I am a product junkie and I have tried every skin care product that I can find. I was approached by a sales person in The Walt Whitman Mall three months ago and tried a eye serum and cream in a chair in the store.

I must say the results were amazing and I could not help myself from buying both products. Well I was a little nervous about spending that amount of money ( but the sizes were huge), but I did anyway. I used the product for a few months only and people I know were asking me if I had work done. This stuff is truly a godsend!

After three months, by husband who never notices anything, said I looked pretty. I'm sold. I am now using the entire Black Diamond line and I recently purchased the L.E.D.

light treatment and I look AWESOME. Thank you Forever Flawless, you really are the best!

On my way out of Apple Store walking to my car on Thursday 3/24, I was lured into this place. Sean put the Diamond Blue eye serum on me and then gave me his high priced sales pitch.

I could get the serum and the eye cream for $399. Showed me videos of before and after. I said I just paid for an expensive repair at Apple and could not afford this. The price came down to $299.

He said I looked about 40! Gee, isn't that great since I have a son who's 40!!! I didn't ***. More sales pitch.

Down to $199. Sean spoke to some others either in Greek or Turkish. I had to get away. I only bought the eye serum for $99 which was HIS personal price b/c he said I'd come back b/c of the great results.

This is supposed to be a year's supply. The box says their office is in Cyprus! I see a little difference in the under eye area and less dark circles. I just came back from this mall today 3/31 with my repaired laptop and walked right passed them again.

Since I am walking with a cane due to upcoming knee surgery, I was almost attacked by two of their sales people today saying, "We can help you. Let me help you with your package." "Not today, I said" Advice, "Walk on the other side by Bloomingdales." The Simon Corp.

should be ashamed that they leased to a tenant like this. It brings down the atmosphere of this lovely Mall.

I am not a mall person in the slightest but found myself in the Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington, NY to drop off my son for a school sponsored field trip. It was going to take only an hour so with my 9 year old in tow I decided we would walk around to kill time. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong direction to walk in.

I was lured into the store by the many sales people crowding the door offering free samples. Next thing I knew I was seated and had a young, attractive girl applying eye cream on me. She went into her very well rehearsed sales pitch and as she's speaking I could actually feel a tingly sensation in the areas she applied the cream. As I'm hesitating she adds "free" items to the list of products I'll receive if I agree to pay the discounted rate of only $400 including a facial valued at $190.

Very foolishly I agreed, without doing my due diligence of research, confident that the results I'm seeing and feeling in the store are what I'll get at home.

When I asked about the return/refund policy she assured me that they never had to because everyone was so happy with the results. Again, uncharacteristic of me I didn't question this.

Fast forward 8 days, I used the eye serum and cream twice as directed and felt and saw nothing, NO DIFFERENCE.

I looked more closely at my receipt and found it read No Refunds. That's when I decided it was past time to check around and see what others had to say and among other sites I stumbled onto this one.

Furious and disappointed in myself more than anything I tried to call the number on the receipt only to have it inform me the # was not working. Time to pay a visit...

I walked into the store and there were 4 sales people inside. My salesgirl was with an unsuspecting middle aged mom, like myself. Opposite them was another salesgirl fixing her makeup in front of a mirror. She was first to see me walk in with the bag and she may as well have seen the Grim Reaper. The look on her face said it ALL. She dropped whatever she had in her hand, turned to the two men at the register and rattled off information in another language. The two men quickly came to attention, as if I was their commanding officer, and put on fake smiles.

I'm not sure what triggered it exactly because I promised myself I would remain calm but I went BALLISTIC! It might have been a combination of seeing the woman like myself in the chair with a young child at her feet and the reaction of the sales girl who spotted me first and the slimy, slick fake smiles on the faces of the men but I said "YES, I'm here for my money back!"

After some back and forth and costing them the ongoing sale attempt I promised the man that I had no qualms about parking myself in front of his store and making sure he didn't get another penny that day.

Ultimately I got my refund but not until I had to hear more lies like that the salesgirl was in the back room crying her eyes out. Meantime, I walk out when all is done and who do you think is walking with arms swinging at her sides and looking fresh as a daisy? The salesgirl.

Moral of the story... don't feel helpless, you can get your money back. Good luck!

Hi I'm here with MY mom at the Danvers one. She first bought their products a month ago, and until yesterday I had not learned, but she spent $3000 on cosmetics.

Then she realized what she did and then when she got home, she had to go back and return them, but then the man convinces her that she would need that, and she comes home with $3000 more of cosmetics. (Ik your thinking that my moms an *** but it's not that, it's more will and how pushy the salespeople are, On top of them not knowing the price.) anyway, we came in today to return everything and they don't accept returns. So 12 facials were included, and she may as well use those so that's where I am with her now. This is my first time in this store, and I looked it up online, because I have never heard of it.

To my sort of surprise, I see on the internet that they have hired illegal Israli workers and pay them under the table.

I'm thinking yeah maybe that happened once, but at one point the guy opens the closet door, and I am shocked to see in the closet- a tanakh, - in English and Hebrew. At this point I am unsure what to do and am thinking of going to the better business beurau next.

Stop allowing pushy sales rep to sell your product

I actually liked the product but what I didn't like was the pushy sales reps. I said I'd come back and possible purchase or put on my xmas list.

They were very insulting. Not how you make a sale let the product speak for itself if it is that great. Work on your sales pitch. I had also mentioned that's I'd like to do a little more research before I or any I'd recommend to buy this product as it is pricey.

I don't care what celeb uses it or not.

It's going on my face so before I or anyone else I know shells out a tone of cash for this I wanna do my homework read reviews. If I am ever going to buy this product I will buy directly from the company them self and spend more money not to be insulted or pushed to buy!

High pressure sales. They look at your face & tell you that it's changing right before their eyes.

I looked and saw no difference. Hours later, still no difference. They told me that another brand product that I use to exfoliate is no good because "it's not permanent." What exfoliant would be permanent? I told him that I have allergies and when I try a product at a makeup counter, I leave it on for a few hours before I return to purchase it.

He told me that his "special offer" is only good on the spot.

I hope they get kicked out of my local mall because they approach people & they don't let us shop in peace.

Forever Flawless in Tuckahoe, New York - I am looking younger, but am now impoverished!

The "diamond infused skin cream" was amazing to reduced puffiness, and fine lines. However, after 1st being almost dragged into the store by the product pusher, I was given a european verbal love fest, 2- Products, normally $400.00 each, but because" I was so lovely", I got each for a one time offer of $200.00 a piece. I was then given a silver pass that allowed me ( because I was so wonderful LOL!!!), a one time free 'eye care facial" with their strong belief I would love it SO much I would buy ELEVEN more at 100.00 a PIECE!!! I told them I would love to be beautiful, but eating on the breadlines for the poor was free. LOL. Try to find something else!

Gabriel at the 40th street location in Manhattan is extremely pushy. What started out as a sample facial was a sales pitch I hadn't anticipated.

After repeatedly saying I wasn't interested nor convinced, he offered me two discounts (which only tells me the cost is hiked up so high at $179.) Finally, he got me to fork over a $20 deposit. My skin feels drier than it did when I was practically forced into the store.

I will say he's an excellent salesman and could sell water to a well but I definitely won't be back to buy the product he put on "hold" for me and will take the forgettable $20 loss. Overall, not satisfied and he was way too pushy to be convincing.
