That amount is for the time I spent trying to get my refund. That represents the time away from my vacation.

Went in to the hotel gift shop to buy an energy drink. Wound up sitting through facial treatments, seeing pictures of other customers, asked about how much I spend, telling me how great I look, and then telling me that I am getting a ridiculously good price, but I can't tell anyone about the low, low price I'm getting. I bought a couple of things, came back to my room, and started a little Internet research. My receipt said clearly that I could return the items within 7 days for a refund. Went back down to the gift shop at 4 pm, and even though the sales people said they would only be there until 2 pm (pressure to take the next best deal - at hush hush prices), they were still there.

I told them I wanted a refund and they wanted a reason. Told them I don't need a reason. Then I got put through the next wringer of negotiations - their "process" for refund. They had to call their manager, i.e., better sales person who tries to make you keep their stuff.

Then I got told that I'd have to come back tomorrow - NOPE - receipt doesn't say that - give me my refund.

Manager is busy and can't talk to me so I was given a card to call customer service - called and was told that it was 4 pm on a Friday and that person was already gone and would be back in on Monday. NOPE - give me my refund.

We need to talk to her because she has to give us a code. NOPE - give me my refund. You have a credit card machine and I know very well that it is just a different button to issue a credit vs. process a sale.

Oh, now she's available and she wants to talk to you. The pitch: $25,000 worth of retail products for $2,500. I don't need to pay for anything else - because they know I love the products and would tell all my friends so they would gain clients. NOPE - give me my refund.

FINALLY - got my refund on my credit card. Could also be that I took my phone out and was taking pictures of my credit card receipt and a copy of the sales receipt in preparation for contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges because of their refusal to honor their refund policy.

I agree with other reviewers - if they offered these products at a reasonable price to everyone and quit with the high pressure, they wouldn't have so much bad press.

I purchased the products and by the time I got to my room I decided to return the items which was only 10 min. Later.

It was never disclosed to me that you can only get store credit at the time. He gave me a text on my phone stating the money would be returned to my Credit Card. I than returned the merchandise and I still got billed on my charge. I disputed the charge and the company had nerve to say they don't take back merchandise

Because they don't know where it was stored.

Well hello it was 10 minutes in the bag they gave me. The high pressure sales is also a problem. I know everyone needs a living but they are ridiculous.

I recommend the next you walk past these shops Run don't walk away. They have no integrity and they are dishonest.

At the Forever Flawless outlet in Las Vegas I was actually assaulted by one of their sales reps when I refused to buy their product.

I was walking through the mall area early morning. A gentleman put the sample in my hand then grabbed me by the wrist and pulled me into the store - even though I said No. He kept saying, “This will just take a moment.”

After he led me to a chair he said something about moisturizer and was suddenly dabbing gel on my face with a plastic tool. He did this quickly and without asking permission to touch me. “Wait, my make-up!” I protested. He dismissed me saying, “It’s OK. It will be fine.” I understood this to mean that he would fix everything before I left.

Suddenly he had a wet towelette and began washing all the make-up off of half of my face. I protested again, “Stop! You’re wiping off my eyeliner!” He shushed me and said again that everything would be fine. Shushed me. When I tried to stand to leave he put his hand on my shoulder so I could not stand up.

He began applying something under my eye and I foolishly thought he was putting my make-up back on. No. He was now applying “stem-cell collagen medicine” to my face and promising me there would be a permanent change in my appearance. He stressed that this was medicine and the change would be permanent. This was horrifying! Without asking, he was making a permanent change to half my face?

At no time did he ask me if I had any allergies or sensitivities, if my religious beliefs conflicted with the use of stem cells, or if I was a Veteran or trauma survivor who might have a serious problem with the way I was being touched, shushed, held captive and “permanently changed” against my will. How can this be legal?

I told him I thought the pricing was ridiculous and even laughed. I told him I was not planning to purchase anything. He said, “You wait and see.” So, in his world No does not mean No.

Whatever “miracle” he applied to my face tightened my skin uncomfortably, then began to flake and burn which even Mr. Pushy could not deny. Suddenly, again without asking, he was smearing something oily around my eye, again the hand on the shoulder so I couldn’t leave, and now more “stem-cell collagen medicine” on my forehead - even after it had already burned me.

At this point the cost had gone from $1,499 to $149 and he was adding more products to sweeten the deal. He was parading me around the salon showing me the other orders waiting for pick-up, because clearly if other women wanted it I should want it too. I continued to say No and began asking when he was going to fix my face so I could leave and resume my day. He ignored everything I said.

I repeated again, “I’m not going to buy anything.” At this point he put both of his hands on my chest and PUSHED ME toward the door. With my hands full and my glasses off I stumbled. I said, “What are you doing?” I honestly didn’t know what was going on because he hadn’t undone this mess he made on my face. Who does that to a woman? He didn’t even offer me a Kleenex. He would not answer me or even turn to look at me. And for the record, pushing women is assault, and that’s not legal.

I left the store and could not even put my glasses on because of all the *** on my face. I tried to wipe it off with my hand but there was so much of it! Now it was all over my hands and then my clothes. I stopped at a newsstand and asked for help. Using bottled water and a scratchy napkin I washed the *** off my face. My face was red and my make-up ruined. The “permanent” change from the “stem cell collagen medicine” was easily washed away with water. The products are a lie.

At first my son was laughing with me at the ridiculous hard sell, but by the end, watching his mother humiliated and washing her face at a newsstand, he became offended. Even a kid could see that this man was mistreating women. My son wanted to go back to the Forever Flawless store and ruin their sales for the rest of the day by shouting that their products didn’t take the wrinkles out of his ***. He was really going to do that, and I probably should have let him. (Yeah, my son is awesome.)

At his school they teach about rape culture. He could see that this man was normalizing the way he was overpowering me, holding me captive, using coercion, and treating me as ***. He didn’t take me seriously when I said ‘No’ and ‘Stop’ from the beginning. He never asked for permission to touch me. “You know you want it” was his message, even though I said No multiple times. He was going to continue his verbal and chemical assault until I gave in. He was going to make me uglier and uglier until I needed his products. He might argue that I was free to go and had allowed all of this, but was I really free to go? He held me captive with his promise to fix my make-up. I waited for him to take his hand off my shoulder so there wouldn’t be a struggle. He led me to believe that he would do those things, and when he didn’t get a sale he assaulted me.

All day long I thought about women being handled, demeaned and assaulted by this man. And this isn’t specific to the Las Vegas store; if you read the online reviews this sales technique is used in ALL of their stores.

I’m sure that Forever Flawless is reading this and thinking that this man is exactly the type of salesperson they want because his pushy, shaming tactics work. He kept asking “Will you tell your friends about this product?” *** yes! Yes I will, but not in the way he had hoped. I’m sharing my experience with everyone who will listen or who might want to read about how Forever Flawless endorses Rape Culture. It is my hope that as women get pulled into these shame-based salons they will remember my story and they will shout as loudly as they can, “Yes, but will it take the wrinkles out of my husband’s ***?” Be empowered ladies. Expose this business before it hurts any more women.

Stay Away!!!!!I went through the high pressure sales routine and took the bait after she told me that my daughter and wife would love the stuff. If not you can return it. The next day I got home from Vegas and told my wife I bought this stuff. She said to cancel it because she was highly sensitive and allergic to products she had not tried and were not from Dermatologists. So i immediately emailed my sales person and told her not to ship the products. But low and behold by the next morning she said the had been shipped (total BS). I told her I would be returning the products (unopened as soon as I received them). They even gave me a customer service number (of course no one ever answers) and I left 2 or three messages. Anyway I returned the products via UPS signature required and contacted my credit card company to dispute the claim. To make a long story short after 7 months and many communications with my credit card company I stand here with no products and out $3,000. My credit card company, which is about to become my former credit card company, is believing the statement that FF never received the products despite a signed tracking receipt from UPS. After showing proof twice to my cc they are siding with FF claim that they still don't have the product and besides its after seven days.

Assaultive Sales people

I was dragged off the street, literally by my arm, (Fremont Street LV), during the Bike Fest. I kept telling the sales person, I was on a fixed income and could not afford such high prices.

She starts putting eye cream under eyes and another on my forehead. I was insisting that I could not afford their products. A male friend of mine comes looking for me ,because I had disappeared,.The sales girl kept telling him how wonderful I looked and he should buy it for me. I kept shaking my head no.

She talks him out of his credit card, then started adding things to the bag ,of products used on me.. The sales person TELLS you it is REFUNDABLE. They ring up the charges and on the receipt it says NO REFUNDS. You get that receipt and it says no refunds..

We saw what receipt said and tried immediately to get money back before we left the store, WE STATED the salesperson told us it was Refundable.They argued that there is no refund policy. After about an hour of trying to get money refunded and charges removed , we were told read the receipt. NO REFUND , EXCHANGE ONLY. We left , got back to the room and i looked online and low and behold I was not the only one duped.

We immediately called the credit card company and canceled the transaction, it was still pending. Thank god we had the forethought to cancel transactions. My eyes had swelled up ,were red and itchy. Tried again the next day ,to return products , show them what it did to my eyes I was allergic to the product,and same old run around

I am going to a Forever Flawless shop today and dropping off their horrible products.

Sale was canceled and they can have the products. I never opened then, and will not use their products EVER.

Shimi M Forever Specialist in Las Vegas demonstrated the product on me and my girlfriend. Champagne was served and poured throughout the demo.

We were there 2 hours so of course we became a bit tipsy. Well, I ended buying 1600.00 under the influence. Product was sent to my California address (I was on vacation at the time) I returned it and never got a refund. I am still dealing with these crooks.

This happen this July. There was no receipt in the box and paid with my debit card so it was paid right away. Again they refuse a refund.

This Forever flawless Co. are crooks and a big scam
