My husband & I were staying at Caesar's in Las Vegas last month when very pretty young women offered a sample mosturizer for free. After accepting the free sample they insisted on me going into their little store to show me more.

they are very aggressive sales people & won't take 'no' for an answer. I didn't want to spend time there - was on my way to lunch with my husband, so I purchased just a few items. They kept calling me for a free facial which I accepted on the morning when we were leaving. My big mistake!!

.. the second sales person was even more aggressive .. acted like her life was on the line if she didn't sell me more. I kept saying 'no' & she kept offering me more free stuff and told me she would refund my previous purchase.

.. before I had a chance to think, she totaled everything up to $2000.00 but said she would deduct $800 --- if this company was more honest, perhaps I would not feel as foolish as I do now -- they did refund my credit card $700, but charged me over $2000.00 for creams, etc that I do not want or need.

My next comment will be to the BBB.

Monetary Loss: $2400.

You are a bit of a dimwit. The excuse, 'they don't take no for an answer' never works because you could have just walked away and ignored them.

Grow a backbone. And to give someone your phone number? How sstuupiid is that?

I NEVER give out my phone number to anyone I don't want to. I don't care who they are.


Hi, I bought a few of these products yesterday and tried to return them today. Unfortunately I never saw the "no refund" on the sales slip, so when I tried to return them today I was told that they cannot refund any products, just exchange within 30 days. The took my phone number and said customer service would call.

How did you get a refund?
