I bought two Sericin creams from Foreverflawless, when after three months I opened them from the original packaging, the products were bad, sticky and stingy. When I called the store, it no longer existed because it was closed (I buy in december 2018, when I contact the man which was working there in april 2019 told me that shop is closed more than 6 months).
When I contacted the company in Las Vegas, they told me that they were not responsible for the products if they did not suit me, but that only a shop where I could buy damn expensive creams at 120€ each.
The company contact person Debbie told me that the shipping cost was 39.95$ to Italy. Because it not only sad, but shameful that not everyone sells products so badly and misleads, and steals from people for this price... he still wants to take money. When I then asked if the package to San Francisco take someone there probably cost a lot less than 39.95$, she tells me that in any case, cost of shipping, I have to pay a certain amount because they don't have to send product to me free ???
However, when staff members Debbie write me that the cost of shipping is the same, they I writte to send me the product where I live to Slovenia, she adds that I have to send the product back and the shipping costs are even more, since the 39.95$ is a cost for the US area only. Any answer with foreverflawless before is nothing to indicate what and how.
Every time something else. I just want my money back!
