We sincerely apologize for your experience with one of the independently owned and operated retailers worldwide who are authorized to sell our brand. We can not account for or take responsibility for another business and are not involved in their employee training. We only manufacture and distribute products and will certainly bring this complaint to the attention of the owners of this location to ensure customer are not feeling pressured into buying our product. The canned reply to this review will state "you shopped at an independent retailer, blah blah blah", as a way to avoid accountability. Funny how customers from all over the US and Canada that have reviewed this experience say the same thing about the sales reps being extremely pushy and using the same bogus sales techniques. For example, "one day promo!" (No signs or prices posted) , "For $199 I can give you the peeling gel and the moisturizer, normally $200 each!" (LIE; you can find each for $70 online, and many customers on this review section reported paying less). High quality products that deliver on what they promise do not require aggressive sales tactics to sell.

My sales rep (Amanda in Winnipeg) told me the moisturizer contained SPF. I asked what amount of SPF and looked at the label, then she backtracked and said that it did not.

She also offered to throw in a free foaming cleanser "because she liked me so much" (puh-leeze). I noticed she didn't add it to the bag, so politely asked if it was in there, she said yes and locked eyes with me for a moment and then said "oh... sorry about that".

I believe all of these "independent retailers" are trained by the owners of this brand on how to be aggressive, and how to essentially scam people into paying whatever they can squeeze out of them.

Always beware of these high pressure sales techniques coupled with non-existent return policy, it's a surefire sign that the product is junk.

Visiting from my daughter in MA from MD I stopped by the North Shore Mall Laurel introduced me to the product demonstrated in a Mall Kiosk. Approximately 4PM 9/2/19.

After spending $2550 and returning to my daughter's home I noticed the item placed in the bag by Laurel Tucker (sales) was in fact not the item he demonstrated.

9/3/19 at 10AM when the Kiosk reopened I arrived with all items un-opened in the bag (less than 24 hours had passed)

I told Laurel I just wanted to return and have a refund.He apologized for the attempted scam removed the item and placed the "advanced" Eneo in the bag. I told him simply to accept the return.

He refused and told me it was a medical device. He could not accept despite the fact it was not opened and there were piles of boxes on his Kiosk. He said I would receive a call with instructions from a mail provider who would pick the item up from my daughter's MA address by 6PM.

No call was received.

I sent Laurel a text to that affect to which he replied "OK Maam)

I was flying back to MD the following morning and was forced to pack the items and pay for extra luggage.

Since then I have filed a complaint with AMEX. Forever Flawless sent them the receipt stating no refunds/exchanges with in 14 days.

The writing Laurel placed at the bottom of my receipt was blacked out when he responded to AMEX.

It said "return -6 months.

I appreciate the whole "mark up the price 1,000% so you can discount it 700%" but the sales girl was really only looking for a number I felt I could afford as opposed to a reasonable price for the product. She kept asking how much I was willing to pay.

Several days after purchase I noticed the purchase amount was double what we had agreed upon and discovered a second sales receipt for an additional product that I had been told was "free" costing $100.00.

I returned to the store within 14 days and was summarily dismissed. A call to the Distributor was a waste of time as well. They claimed there was nothing they could do.

I complained to Mall Management and made my initial contact with the police regarding the credit card fraud and will follow up with the Detectives. I will follow up with the Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division and then Small Claims Court if necessary.

I explained I was an attorney and didn't want to start a war, just wanted to return the product and have my CC credited but to no avail. It didn't seem to bother them that they'll spend more to defend than the refund would have been.

Stay away from this business. The Massachusetts AG has other complaints against the store I was at.

The store location from which Mr. Yates made his purchase has agreed to issue a full refund. After contacting the customer they have been informed that he has already filed a dispute with his
credit card carrier, of which the merchant will not refute so that the refund may be issued as agreed by his carrier. This matter has been resolved.

My wife went into Forever Flawless store in Park Meadows Mall on May 24th for a facial treatment which she had paid for, and left spending over $4000 on products. After some discussions with my partner I had found that the person who was selling the product had been very pushy as well as not taking "no" for an answer.

So she was pushed into buying $4,005.46, needless to say the products were well over priced when comparing to the same exact products both online and through the products manufactures websites. My wife was alone at the time so she really felt used and abused by the sales staff. On May 28th I went with my wife to get a refund for the unused products, the sales staff would not take our concerns about the prices as well as the unused product back. We were told that the place had cameras and that everything including the transactions were recorded.

We tried to record the conversations with the sales staff and were told that they do not want to be recorded under no uncertain terms. After around 45 minutes to an hour we were told that the sales person would be fired if a refund was given. Also when the 5 sales pitch I told the sales person that I was tired of the *** When the sales person finally started to total up the "retail prices" and then deducted 20% we wound up owing more to the store if we returned the products. I would add photos of the sales receipt but upon looking now that we are home it looks like it (the sales receipt) was not returned to us.

I did advise the sales person that we are going to dispute the charge at the bank, as well as advising the sales person that we are on a limited income.

For I am 100% disabled veteran and my partner is on Social Security. As well as the dispute with the bank, I will also be filing a Consumer Complaint with the State of Colorado on the sales tactics, the sales staff, and the pressure the staff puts on folks, the very incoherent return policy, taking advantage of elders, and what can be considered as elder fraud.

Forever Flawless - Service Above and Beyond

I contacted a sales representative when the Canadian outlet through which I had purchased my products suddenly closed their doors with no warning whatsoever. Given my contract, I had a remaining 32 refills to which I was entitled. My problem was definitely not Forever Flawless' problem as each store is independently owned and operated. However, within two days of contacting the sales representative, my products were already being shipped to Canada for only the postal costs. Never have I experienced such professional conduct. Was harassed and by a very pushy sales man who would not stop begging me to buy this product. I was not interested and he would not give up and tricked me by getting my info and putting on a purchase I did not want .

It was supposed to be a free try out. It was a total scam .i am sick to my stomach about how this sales man would not even let me leave because he would not stop pushing this no good product.he said if you leave without buying I will never see you again.total fraud.

These are illegal Israelis selling this ***. They come here after military service.

These kiosks and Oceane Spa stores are in Malls all over the country. Mall owners do NOTHING to evict them. If a salesman touches you in any way, scream and call mall security immediately. Surprised no TV station has done an expose about them.

All the positive reviews are written employees. Hint: Look at names.

Three times I've been approached, or should I say attacked, by sales persons of 'Forever Flawless': twice in Phillipsburg, Sint Maarten and once in the Amsterdam airport Schiphol.

On all occasions I was alone and they were with two people...

On all occasions the sales persons mentioned how tired I looked and suggested I don't take well care of my skin. This is intimidating. They don't know my age, nor my skin conditions; they completely overwhelm an unprepared passer-by. This is your chance to WALK ON!

They promised a 1-minute facial, that turned into a 1-minute facial and endless (if I hadn't stopped them) lecture of what my skin deserved (their products, of course).

At the same time, all (!) sales persons smelled of cigarette smoke, and we know how good smoking is for your skin.

In Sint Maarten they pushed a magnifying mirror under my face, making me look down, making lines and wrinkles look worse. This is an aggressive sales technique. Take your cue: WALK ON.

They will demand to know your regular skin care routine, which of course is nobody's business.

They speak about normal prices of $400 although no price lists are available in the shop. Special offers are made of $200 for a cream that contains: water, oil, aloe juice, soybean, green tea and coffee extract.

Major red flags: KEEP WALKING ON AND IGNORE THEIR PROMISES.

Can somebody advise me how to file a legal complaint?

Twice now I have been accosted at the North Star Mall in San Antonio, TX. The first time I just kept walking.....the second time I was not as lucky.

I was not in a hurry and he handed me a small diamond shaped trial packet. Then come the sales tactics: They start with asking what you use on your face. I use Lancome and Elemis. All high quality products.

Without asking if I have a skin allergy - I do - he grabs my hand and applies a orangeish substance. I try to pull my hand back and he holds it firmly. I am starting to get upset and ask for my hand back. By that time he is rubbing this substance into my hand and tells me I am going to love the result.

I was furious. I guess it some sort of a exfoliation gel. I refused to buy it. I will not buy something unless I have been able to research it and see if it causes skin irritations.

I was rescued by my room mate who had come looking for me and the guy let me go. I had forgotten the entire thing until today when I was cleaning out my purse and found the trial packet. I decided to research the product and here I find this website.

I will steer clear of them in the future.

They operate out of a very nice boutique in an upscale mall and I was surprised that they have so many bad reviews.

I will add that he did not have a snowballs chance of separating me from my money!

These people are very aggressive. You basically have to keep walking quickly, do not allow them to place anything in your hands and never make eye contact with them. Keep going and they will pester the next person.

So sorry for your ordeal. These people are illegal Israelis working here to earn money after serving in the Israeli army.

You can google Illegal Israelis working in Malls and stuff will come up. I, too, was accosted when I came out of the Apple store on Long Island in the Walt Whitman Mall. I was carrying my laptop in a shopping bag and walk with a cane b/c I recently had knee replacement. The man came over and asked to HELP and grabbed my hand trying to get me into the store.

I told him, I am getting Mall security and talked in a loud voice that others came to see what was going on.

Report to Mall Security and Simon Properties Inc., the owners of this Mall. Do the same, please.

Under alot of pressure I purchased almost $1,000,00 worth of products in the San Antonio Tx mall on 8/15/2016. I am a flight attendant and live in Michigan.

The salesmen were hard to understand, and didn't take no for an answer. The products I came home with did not deliver like the products they used on my face. When I got home on 8/19/2016 I discovered the sales receipts were not in the bags with my products. I got on the website called and was informed I had to take it up with the individual store of purchase.

So I called the # on the free facial coupon and it was a personal cell phone of 1 of the salesmen. He answered hello so I told him I would like my receipts emailed to me . It took along time for him to get my email address correct then never emailed them to me. Returns cannot be made without the original receipt and he now refuses to answer his phone.

I was told the first products I bought would last 1 yr and the second 2 yrs. When I took everything out of the boxes, there is no way. I'll be lucky if the last 6 mos. I have contacted my credit card company because I do not trust this company to return my $ if i return the products.

It is a huge scam and the products do not deliver the results you are told. Beware beware!!

Same thing happened to me at Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO on 08/09/16. The products did not tighten my skin at all like the ones they applied at the store.

The receipt stated no returns so I am not sure what else to do. Let me know if you find a solution.

My mom and I were waking in the Braintree mall and one of the forever flawless kiosk workers literially stopped us and escorted my mom to a chair with out saying a word. He asked for my name I said Margaret (it's not) then he said "watch this".

He applied a product under my moms eyes and her eye bags lifted almost instantly. I replied with "that's cool" and my mom looked in a mirror. She liked the results. Mistakenly she said that to the man.

He then pressured her into buying the product and then pressured her into going to their main studio up stairs (he escorted is there too). Once we were three another man came out of the back and placed my mom in a chair. Few words were exchanged and eventually my mom looked in the mirror. THERE WAS 600% no difference in her face.

He then did the whole process again and STILL NO DIFFERENCE. He then tried pressuring my mom into buying the products he used on her (A TOTAL OF 2,000$).

That's when she FINALLY put her foot down. 30 minutes later and she's still arguing with the maneger about walking out of the store empty handed.
