Similar experience with the hard sell. When I said no thank you they started with the car sales routine of needing to speak with their manager to get me a better deal.

And even tried to sell me a torn box for about 10 percent of original price. I can smell a scam. Then they got rude that I didn't purchase anything. The low end creme they put on my eyes to make my circles go away is nothing more than a concealer that wiped off later.

ScAm.

Stay away from the San antonio locations.

I was also scammed! Park Meadows Mall, Lone Tree, CO.

Company Name: Forever Flawless. The sales tactics they use are absolutely ruthless! She kept throwing in stuff and then saying "Now that's ALL!" So of course I walked out after paying $200 for what I NOW KNOW is pure junk! The face peel would NOT come off my skin!

I went back the next day and demanded a refund. Of course, THEN....I find out they don't give refunds! (Right!). The manager was not in so I asked for his phone number.

I left him a voice mail and didn't expect a call back, but to my surprise he called me right back. However, he was very rude, and asked me to put what I said in an email, so he could forward it to his attorney! Wow. For what?

Because I told him the product was ***, ruined my skin (the esthetician couldn't even get it off!) and that I was aware of how I got "roped in" from their devious sales tactics? Yeah, right! The sales girl saw how upset I was, and practically FORCED ME to take some eye cream as a substitute. Which, by the way, is also JUNK!

This business is a joke! I HOPE THAT ALL OF US "SCAMEES" DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET THIS BUSINESS CLOSED DOWN!

I bought the same junk & store refused to give money back.

The manufacturing company is located in Las Vegas.

They don't do anything except blaming the retailers. The manufacturing company said once the product is open, then there is no refund. They told me to trash it if I didn't like it.

Conclusion is that Forever Flawless is garbage.

Got caught up in their sales pitch so let them try their product....asked price, showed $199 on bottom of box and they "threw in" an extra cream and told me I would need the syrum as well $400! While at the counter the sign for no refunds was obscured to the far side of the counter....ran my card through!

Put an information card on top of the receipt while they were "charming" me....looked at my receipt when getting in car it was $1600!!!!!

STOLE from me I went right back and they said they don't do refunds....I contacted my credit card company and they said I have to dispute charge even though I was in store within a short period of transaction.  I can't believe I let this happen they are theives!!! Any suggestions

Call the police at the store. I tried to get my money back with BBB but the company's headquarter said the individual retail stores are all independent & the headquarter is NOT responsible.

I was recently in Vegas and stayed at a very pricey upscale hotel called the Cosmopolitan. The shops located in their mall are very high end (Michael Kors, Stella McCarthy, etc.) expensive designer types so I just assumed that Skin 6/2 was along the same line.

As I was walking past the store to go have lunch, I was handed a product sample. No sooner had I accepted the sample when a very insistent salesman appeared and said that they were having a "one time only deep pocketed discount sale" and he didn't want me to miss out because the sale was only in effect for another 2 hours. He claimed that their was a convention of cosmetologists meeting at the hotel and that was the reason for this amazing 66% off sale. Of course, my curiosity was aroused and I agreed to let him demonstrate one of his products on me.

The name of this particular line was FOREVER FLAWLESS. He placed a small amount of peeling gel on my cheek and "voila" my old skin just pealed off. When I asked what the product retailed for, he told me $1500.00 !!!!! I went into instant sticker shock and told him that NO WAY would I spend that kind of money on a facial product EVER !!

He then proceeded to tell me that because of the convention taking place that he could offer it to me for $500.00 and that he would also throw in some snake venom cream ( synthetic Botox) and a daily moisturizer. At this point I told him that I was getting very hungry and needed to go have lunch and that I would think about it. By this time I had been in the store for nearly an hour. It was going on 1:00 PM.

He reminded me that this offer was only good until 2:00 PM. He then said that because there was only an hour left and this was my "lucky day" that he was going to throw in some toner which retailed for $200.00. He also managed to show me FOREVER FLAWLESS's website so that I could see that the snake venom cream alone retailed for $1500.00. At this point he ALMOST had me.

I wanted to know if their was a customer satisfaction guarantee. He said that I had 30 days in which I could return the products if dissatisfied and would get a full $ amount back. I thought wow this is "too good to be true". Just $500.00 for all of these luxury skin products and full money back guarantee if not happy.

You know the rest........

After 2 weeks of using the products I developed a rash. I have tried contacting both the store Skin 6/2 and the customer service rep. for Forever Flawless. Neither will return my calls.

The Forever Flawless phone # is simply a recording and Skin6/2 claims that they will have a store manager contact me. Three weeks have know gone by and I am passed the "30 days".

WHATEVER YOU DO: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!

They scammed me too! I'm furious and ashamed at the same time!

The kind of sales tactics they use should not be permitted. I would love to file a class action suit against the company or have 20/20 do an exposé on them!

This happened with the Forever Flawless company but OroGold is a sister company.

I was walking in St Laurent shopping mall when I was stopped by a Forever Flawless salesman. He was really insistent about showing me the product. I wasn't really expecting such high pressure sales tactics or I would have just kept walking. I really wish I had and had nothing to do with this company. Anyway, back to the story, he demostrated some of their products on me. He put a peel on my inner arm and some eye care under my left eye. I admit I was impressed because the inital results were amazing. Anyway, it was a really hard sell. There was a bit of sticker shock when he told me the price but then he discounted it by including products for free. So I purchased the products.

Anyway, I did some more shopping and then went home. Soon after I got home, I looked at my arm where the product had been applied and it was all red. I went and looked in the mirror and the skin under my left eye where the eye care had been applied was red too.

By this time, the mall had closed so I went back the next day. The same salesman was working but he wouldn't give me a refund even through the products hadn't been opened. They would only exchange the product. The salesman was still trying to sell other products to me, but after what happened to my arm, I don't want to use any of their products. I don't believe their products are safe. I still exchanged the the peel and eye cream for body butter. At least, I didn't experience any redness from this product. I am stuck with lots of jars of a product that I am afraid to use.

You would expect that a company that sells a geniune product would have a satisfaction guarantee. I really think I should be able to get a refund because their product made my skin go red. A legimate company with a legimate product shouldn't need to use high pressure sales tactics.

Anyway, I think my money is gone for good but I hope this review saves someone's else money.

Keep walking when the Forever Flawless/OroGold salespeople approach you in the mall. Run if you have to.

I have a feeling we may have dealt with the same man. Four years ago, I was trying to get somewhere by cutting through the mall when I accidently locked eyes with this salesman.

His tactics were very aggressive and every time I tried to leave he would step in my way or grab my arm. Despite having very little cash on me at the time(only enough to buy lunch) he repeatedly tried to get me to buy despite saying no(I also kept explaining I had no money), and during the conversation I had to frequently ask him to stop touching me. He also insulted my skin(being 17 at the time, I was plagued by teenage acne and preferred not to clog my pores further with foundation) and asked why I dressed like a slob when I carried such an expensive purse. He then said if my parents could afford to buy a purse like that then I could call them and ask them for the money to buy his skin care products.

It hit me. I told him the truth: the purse was a gift given to me by an over-indulgent ex and that I like the way I dressed, and would not buy anything from him even if my parents or I had the money. He got upset and started grumbling and I ran off. His demeanor and the fact he would not respect my space or my refusal made me feel unsafe and every time I have gone to St.

Laurent since then I have been accompanied by a male friend. You cannot harass minors you think are well-off just to sell your quota.

Good to know OroGold is sister company. I got scammed yesterday into buying the face peel from Forever Flawless.

After reading all the reviews, I lost some sleep over it.

I am so mad at myself for getting sucked into a low end product. I should just keep say no and leave the place.

I had same experienced at the mall when I was walking, but the product works for me. I keep buying from them every 3 months.

All skin type are different. Maybe you had redness due to sensitive skin, but I love it.

All my friends noticed it and yeah I am using their product (forever flawless). The Bay Mall in Victoria BC.
