However, we are the distributor for Forever Flawless and only able to process the returns of orders made directly through our website. Each individual store is a privately-owned independently-operated third-party business entity authorized to retail our brand, and we as the distributor do not have access to their finances or influence over their return/exchange policies.

If you would would prefer a product exchange, here as the distributor we will be glad to work towards providing replacements for you. We simply require either a copy of the sales receipt OR the name of the product(s) in question If you could provide one of these plus your mailing information, we will send a replacement product to you as soon as possible. I was approached by a sales person promoting his product. He tried them on my hands ( peeling gel, white diamond cleanser and moisturiser). I told him if I could have some samples first because I know my own skin very well that i usually get reactions from various reputable skincare products.

He said there are no samples for the facial products but should there any reactions that occur, he will fix my face(provide facial) or quoted from him “if I really want a refund also can”.

After few days of using the product my skin became dry and itchy, little red bumps started to appear, I didn’t expect it to be the product so I continued using for a few more days, up to a week plus I contacted the salesperson. I sent him a picture of my face and told him about the redness and itch. He said my skin is adapting to the new product and asked me to use for another few weeks and let him know.

Few weeks later my skin got worse. It was like little clogged pores and breakouts of pimples all over( similar reactions I get when I use wrong products).

So the sales person said he will contact his boss. He told me that his boss said this is a cleanser, it shouldn’t cause pimples.

I went to see a doctor and he had to give me hydrocortisone( steroid cream for the inflammation) and climdamycin (antibiotics for my achne breakouts). I took a picture and sent it to him. He said he will send it to his boss.

It has been two months since. I am beyond disappointed at how they are so pushy to sell their products and now they are avoiding and denying that their product caused the reaction. They won’t even give the refund they promised.
