Visiting from my daughter in MA from MD I stopped by the North Shore Mall Laurel introduced me to the product demonstrated in a Mall Kiosk. Approximately 4PM 9/2/19.

After spending $2550 and returning to my daughter's home I noticed the item placed in the bag by Laurel Tucker (sales) was in fact not the item he demonstrated.

9/3/19 at 10AM when the Kiosk reopened I arrived with all items un-opened in the bag (less than 24 hours had passed)

I told Laurel I just wanted to return and have a refund.He apologized for the attempted scam removed the item and placed the "advanced" Eneo in the bag. I told him simply to accept the return.

He refused and told me it was a medical device. He could not accept despite the fact it was not opened and there were piles of boxes on his Kiosk. He said I would receive a call with instructions from a mail provider who would pick the item up from my daughter's MA address by 6PM.

No call was received.

I sent Laurel a text to that affect to which he replied "OK Maam)

I was flying back to MD the following morning and was forced to pack the items and pay for extra luggage.

Since then I have filed a complaint with AMEX. Forever Flawless sent them the receipt stating no refunds/exchanges with in 14 days.

The writing Laurel placed at the bottom of my receipt was blacked out when he responded to AMEX.

It said "return -6 months.
