I was recently pulled into a Forever Flawless store as I was walking through the mall.The sales person (owner) of the franchise was very high pressure.
Every time I tried to leave he would introduce something else. I ended up buying something just to get out of the store. After leaving the store, I wanted to go back and return the product. It is extremely expensive.
I then found out that they do not take returns only exchanges. If I wanted something from the store I wouldn't have been returning it. I was never told that was the policy. There is no guarantee on the product either.
I contacted Forever Flawless directly and the response I received was basically "sorry for your luck". The stores are independent franchises and make their own policies. That is ***. If I owned a product line and felt that is was good, I would make certain that any one representing my product would follow guidelines that I set.
If the product is so good, then allowing refunds wouldn't be a problem because no one would be returning it.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $689.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Pushy pushy sales persons, Refund, Definately the cost, Poor customer service.
