I purchased the diamond infused 24k gold tightening complex while on vacation in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The man that sold it to me told me to store it in the fridge because I would only be using it for special occasions.

I went to use it today and it has completely crystallized and is now useless! I am so upset that I spent a lot of money on this and I’ve only used it 3 times and now it’s unusable!

I went onto the company chat and have been told to contact the store I purchased it from for a possible replacement. Well that’s completely unacceptable considering the company has the same website no matter what “franchise” I look up.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $200.
