We purchased product on 8/31/2016 and decided to return it.Within the prescribed 7 day return period, we went to the Forever Flawless shop in S Park Meadows Center and were told that the person who could process the refund was not in.
We were directed to come back on Sunday. Returning on Sunday, September 4, the shop personnel took back the product and gave us a receipt for it, saying that the credit would be processed back to our credit card the next day. Today is September 20th, and after a number of calls to different people in the Forever Flawless shop, we still don't have the refund back to our credit card.
I won't do business with Forever Flawless again because of their deceptive business practices.I wish there were a way to give 0 stars!
