I signed up to Yelp just to write this review. I only wish I had read these reviews before I EVER stepped into this store. They give you a sample, tell you to come into the store then sell you products that they say will last you a year and a free facial. When you go to the facial they try to sell you more products and tell you that your supply will not last a year and you should buy more product.

This can cost you up to $1000. I tried to return my original products that I had purchased 4 days before. There was no manger but I was given his number. I called several times and never received a call back.

THIS IS A SCAM-these are con artists. DO NOT GO INTO THE STORE!!

After i started using forever flawless face serum(black diamond) my skin has become too dry and its so visible that i cant even go out. People would be staring at me like i have dried soap on my face. I no longer enjoy the product.

Hello I purchased products from Bioxage salon in NYC that included

refills of products and facials as well as silver oceane membership.

The store unfortunately closed without warning and I am wondering how

I can obtain the product refills and facials as I was told the silver membership card covered.

Please advise as I have invested much money on this product and promise of product and services, I do not make millions of dollars and work hard as a nurse. I went to the North Shore Mall in Peabody, MA to do some quick shopping and happened upon the store while I was walking by. I wanted a quick sample of a lotion to try and ended up doing a demo.

I really enjoyed the service but it wasn’t in my budget to purchase. I let the sales person, Amily, know that I couldn’t afford it and it wasn’t in my budget and I would have to talk with my significant other before spending a large amount of money on a whim. She then said, “I don’t like liars. It’s easier to tell the truth.” As I walked away, she kept repeating herself, to make me feel bad about myself when in reality I couldn’t afford to purchase the $70 product.

How could you talk to a person like that? At least treat me like a human being..

I was duped into putting out $5000 after getting referred to a man they said just happened to be there this particular day and was some big shot and I’d be lucky to be able to talk with him. He kept offering me deal after deal and it was almost like it was mind control as he finally talked me into paying that Exorbitant fee with the promise of free replacement products for three years and 12 facials.

As soon as I got to my car from the mall . As soon as I got to my car at the mall I regretted what it happened but they stated there was a no refund policy. So I had 2 facials and one product replacement when I try to make another appointment I found they left the mall close their store. This place is the biggest rip off and frog and should be under investigation and cited for illegal and fraudulent actions.

I know there are many people like myself and I’m ashamed to even admit that they did this to me because I’m not one that would ever spend this kind of money and yet somehow they got it from me.

And then to make matters even worse I ended up buying this little dumb machine that was supposed to help your neck and the special cream for an additional $1400. I am appalled at them and myself for letting this happen

I’m afraid this happened to me exactly like this. Except it was $8000.

I’m hopping the product will at least do something.

I’ve never spent that type of money on anything. I wish I had read the reviews before going in.

Well at least I know it happened to others and I found that even though they were nice feeling creams, etc it did nothing more than a cream im using now, which is so, so much less expensive! Just wished we had some recourse and I guess being gals that want to make sure that our skin is the best that it can be and help our appearance, we are more gullible to the tactics that they ployed in getting us by promising us free products for so many years and all the special things it was going to do for us.

God bless you - I got ripped off also from the store Diamond Cosmetics in San Juan. They made many promises and I spent way too much money for lies.

I didn't know the truth till I boarded the ship again. I have called them over and over and they won't answer the phone.

I was approached by a sales person promoting his product. He tried them on my hands ( peeling gel, white diamond cleanser and moisturiser). I told him if I could have some samples first because I know my own skin very well that i usually get reactions from various reputable skincare products.

He said there are no samples for the facial products but should there any reactions that occur, he will fix my face(provide facial) or quoted from him “if I really want a refund also can”.

After few days of using the product my skin became dry and itchy, little red bumps started to appear, I didn’t expect it to be the product so I continued using for a few more days, up to a week plus I contacted the salesperson. I sent him a picture of my face and told him about the redness and itch. He said my skin is adapting to the new product and asked me to use for another few weeks and let him know.

Few weeks later my skin got worse. It was like little clogged pores and breakouts of pimples all over( similar reactions I get when I use wrong products).

So the sales person said he will contact his boss. He told me that his boss said this is a cleanser, it shouldn’t cause pimples.

I went to see a doctor and he had to give me hydrocortisone( steroid cream for the inflammation) and climdamycin (antibiotics for my achne breakouts). I took a picture and sent it to him. He said he will send it to his boss.

It has been two months since. I am beyond disappointed at how they are so pushy to sell their products and now they are avoiding and denying that their product caused the reaction. They won’t even give the refund they promised.
