This product is sh*%#-... Im so embarassed of spending so much money on a trashy product.

I woulda felt better burning the money i spent than having two *** ladies laughing on my back for ripping me off...

The lady very insisting pulled my hand to sit on a chair at the Glendale Galleria mall in LA, tried some skin peal on my wrist and compaired with the other. I dont know how i fell for it but she convinced me to buy two creams, the pealing one and the moisturizing ( i wont say how much i spent, its crazy and embarrassing) i never had pimples on my face or suffered any imperfections, after trying these trashy products in that same moment a bunch of itchy pimples started coming out. Then saw the receipt that said no refund which i wasnt informed of.

For anyone who is investigating before purchase DONT GET FOOLED, ITS TRASH, IT DOESNT WORK!!!! Get yourself some bomb shoes and a elegant diner with your wife and kids if you have any...

Poor customer service

I let the girl at the store in Vegas apply. To my surprise she only did one eye!

She said come back in 4 hours to get the other. It was awful! It crusted on my eye so badly... Felt like glue...

I could not get to the restroom quick enough to wash it off! Then there I was at the casino with one eye normal and the other looked like I had been punched.

Thanks a lot for the experience that reminds me to always walk away from someone who approaches you and promises the moon!!

I had the same experience! The only difference is that I WAS TOLD I COULD ABSOLUTELY BRING IT BACK FOR A REFUND IF I DIDNT LIKE IT OR WAS UNSATIFFIED.

This was around Christmas time, so of course, to my dismay when I was looking at the receipt on my way back to the store to return it, noticed in fine print *no refunds* printed at the bottom of the receipt.

And of course "Natalie" wasn't working that day and they didn't know when she was scheduled next. Such %@&!

How are you supposed to know there is a no return policy if the associate tells you there is and before your receipt is printed and already bought?!?

Today I was shopping at Glendale Galleria when I walked past the kiosk. One of the sales ladies approached me with a "sample" for one of their products. I was only at the mall to return a product to another store (Torrid) but had already done so and was making my way out. I kindly told the woman that I did not have much time, but she insisted that it would only be five minutes. This was probably my biggest mistake, but I allowed her to show me a demo of her product on me.

She used the White Diamond Infused Facial Peeling gel on my skin to demonstrate how great it was. I'll admit, the product was very nice until she told me how much it would range in price. I'm a recent graduate currently working UNPAID internships to break into the entertainment industry. I have some money put away but not much, so I wasn't really in the mood to spend nearly $300 on a set of three products (Exfoliant, Cleanser, Serum) I meekly told her that it was a bit out of my price range. (I really don't like being confrontational), but she insisted that she could give me a great discount by giving me the exfoliant and cleanser for a mere $160.00.

Again, this was still a bit pricey but as I kept telling her I really couldn't afford it, she then proceeded to drag me over to the cashier and start to scan the products. At this point, my refusal was seemingly falling on deaf ears and I felt like the only way I could escape was to give in and pay for the products I really did not want. I paid for the products and was given the bag, but then her boss came over and whispered something to her. The saleswoman helping me asked if I could spare another few minutes so I could demo their eye serum line. I had just paid for some products that I really did not want and now they were trying to sell me something else??

I kindly told my sales woman that I really needed to leave and she understood that. We said our goodbyes and I began to leave until I heard a woman calling, "Miss, Miss?" I turned around and her boss ran up to me and pretty much forced me in a gentle manner back towards the seat. I asked what she was doing and she said she wanted me to test out the eye serum line. My saleswoman told her boss that she had already asked me but said that I didn't have time.

Apparently, the boss did not want 'no' as an answer and said, "You're so lazy. Test out the products on her, she'll love them and it'll only take two minutes." Once again, I was being manipulated and 'bullied' to purchase these products. My saleswoman put all the products on my face and then asked me if I'd like to buy the products. This time I was a little more stern by saying 'no'. I felt like she understood but at the same time she really hoped I would splurge another hundred dollars on more products I did not need!

She allowed me to go again, but ONCE AGAIN, as I was walking away, her boss was running after me to give me her number. I said I can't, but she was persistent still. I eventually just ignored her and walked off.

Look, their products might be great, but the sales people are way too freaking aggressive. I literally at one point almost wanted to say, just give me my money back please, but I felt like they'd say no anyway. I almost want to never shop at Glendale Galleria again just to avoid those insane people.
