I was badgered to buy product while getting my "free" facial.I was in the chair almost two hours and gave in.
Good sense prevailed and two days later I took the products (unopened) and the receipt for a refund. I was told I had to call the company on Monday, I made two calls leaving both home and cell numbers. The badgering salesman called me back and told me I couldn't get a refund. The receipt clearly states returns can be made within seven (7) days.
I'll continue to call the company to get a refund and spread the word via Facebook and conversation that the company is not trustworthy.And, my skin was itchy and painful for almost 24 hours after the "facial."
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $5400.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Sales rep seemed knowledgeabecos.
I didn't like: Pre, Too much pressure, Definately the cost, Product caused pain, Could not return unopened products.
