I went to the Kiosk to buy Lioness products and was talked into buying other products they were selling. They were represented to be made by Lioness.

I did not understand how to use the products after I was sent two different vague emails with instructions. So I called Lioness customer service to get further instruction just to find out they were not even their products. It was very high pressure sales situation. I don't know if the product is any good but feel very uneasy because of the way the whole situation was handled.

I cannot find but one positive review on this product line. I want to return for Lioness products.

SAME THING WAS ON FREMONT STREET DRAGGED IN TO THEIR LOCATION STARTED PUTTING THINGS ON MY FACE. I TOLD THEM LOOK I AM BUYING A HOME I CANT AFFORD THIS STUFF.

SUCH HIGH PRESSURE AND THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME TOLD ME ONE PRICE WHILE SERVING ME CHAMPAGNE THEY NEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. HE FOLDED THE RECEIPT BEFORE HAVING ME SIGN IN AND TOLD ME ONE PRICE ONLY FOR ME TO DISCOVER THE NEXT DAY IT WAS 4 TIMES HIGHER THAN WHAT I WAS TOLD. CALLED CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMED. I DID NOTH AVE THE PRODUCT THEY WERE MAILING TO ME.

I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP TOLD THEM DO NOT MAIL IT I AM DECLINING CHARGES WITH CARD COMPANY SAID YOU LIED TO ME TOLD ME TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 1200.00 AND YOU CHARGED ME 3200.00 AND HAD ASKED 3 TIMES WHAT HE WAS BILLING ME. WELL THE PACKAGE CAME TO ME BY US MAIL.

I AND SENDING BACK FEDEX GROUND WITH SIGNATURE SERVICE REQUIRED AND HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED ALL INFO TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE JERKS AS YOU CAN .

I purchased the infused facial peel this guy who was very pushy and I guess I was too he said it cost 180 I replied if it's 50 or more I have to talk with my husband. So I started to walk away he ran back and said I can give it to you for 50 i said I still gotta talk to my husband .

So I got him to sell it to me for 40.00.

They are over priced and they don't need to be.

I was approached by a VERY charming sales person in a kiosk at Scottsdale's Fashion Square in November. His initial approach was for the manicure kit, which he demonstrated on one of my nails, and it seemed to be a good product, which he immediately offered at a two for one price, when I hesitated to purchase.

Then he threw in the fact that the buffer had a life-time guarantee. I decided to think about it, and returned a bit later after shopping. -- This time, as he saw he had my attention, he went on to introduce me to their skincare line, along with demonstrations, and better & better price deals! -- To make a long story short, and this was my fault, I was completely overwhelmed with all these products promised to deliver, without having a face-lift, that I walked away with $1700 worth of products!!

-- I have given these products three months to produce ANY sort of improvement, to no avail!! In fact, the manicure buffers have shredded & and fallen apart! The skincare regime is a bunch of time-wasting ***, and in fact, my skin looked dry & cracked after each application, making it necessary to apply other products to soften the effect.

-- The company does NOT even stand by their products, and refused even a partial refund! -- So, PLEASE do yourself a favor, and DO NOT buy this product, as it is just a bunch of ***!!

Hi , I just want to say . Stay away from this product .

I purchased some *** moisturizer , scrub, face wash ....It is sticky and does not show any results . Feels like some cheap brand product from local stores. Also the sales person was not letting me leave the place . He was flirting , touching me all over..(why would anyone touch ur chest while talking ) When I said don't do that he was like u are u do not know American culture and all that ***.

He Promised a spa , facial worth 400$( why would anyone do that ) if I buy his products ... He was very indecent and irritating .

I don't know why I feel into the trap after 45 minutes or resistant conversation with him .... The product turned out to be so bad .

I wish I'd read the reviews on this worthless product before I was persuaded by pushy salesman to buy it at the Denver international airport. When I got home I tried it it made my skin break out and after requesting a refund I was told it had to be returned in the original packaging unopened.

So how is one supposed to try a product without opening the package?

So I am now out $269 for a worthless product. Count me as another sucker taken in by ruthless salesman

Poor customer service

I had bad experience with the people at Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale, AZ. They scammed me into spending $600.00 worth of this stuff...

They told me how beautiful I was and how I needed the products... I would be more beautiful and I would look 20 years younger!!!! They had me sign on a machine and never saw the No Return policy and never was told about it!!!! I have pre cancer on my face...

I went to my dermatologist to show them the stuff and they said I couldn't use it on my face... I am stuck with the *** and they only refunded a third of the price and gave me more *** to appease me... I still have $450 on my credit card... I really should stop the payment ..

I spoke with the rep about this and that's all she would do for me... In Las Vegas... I think it's a total SCAM... You can buy the stuff much cheaper online...

If you want it!!!! They had just pulled me in at the Kiosk at the mall and started talking sweet to me... I was totally in a brain washed state... I really feel sick about this whole thing...

I want all my money back!!!! They kept on giving me free gifts even a free facial that I can't even have... But I was in a brainwashed state!!! Don't trust them!!!!

They are Scam Artists!!!!

They should tell you that it's not retunae... I thought I could show my dermatologist and return it!!!!

Wow its obviously late.. I forgot to mention the most important part!

The product? No es bueno. My face has been itchy, red and dry all day and night. I have very sensitive skin which I explained to her in-depth and I was assured this would not interact in any negative way.

Yet here I am, a red blotchy mess.

I sit here 12 hours later, almost in a daze that I could've allowed myself to be so suckered into the Forever Flawless experience. Their sales tactics and high-pressured stage show seriously ranks right up there with buying a new car! Everything I went through is almost a play-by-play match to the other reviews I read here tonight. From the exotic lady with accent luring me in to talking nonstop about everything possible, I assume to keep me from thinking too much. And the compliments.. yada yada yada... you look so young for your age, what kind of work do you do, why are you not married? Funny how her charm took a visibly sour turn when I explained to her that up until this year, its been a bit of challenge for gays to marry in this country. Caught her off-guard :) (insert evil giggle here)

Sp I'll spare a long essay and use the easier bullet-list of events, this is not verbatim back and forth, just my snarky summary of the *** I had discovered:

insane: here try a sample

sane: yay free stuff!

insane: welcome to the white chair, let me slather you in creams and try not to be too smug when you tell me what current products you use

sane: wow this stuff really burns doesn't it? oh only for a minute you say?

insane: allow me to make more room on this counter for all of the products I'm going to push at you, rejoice in their pretty packaging

sane: wow that packaging a bit over the top

sane: wow there aren't any prices listed anywhere on anything

insane: now these prices are going to seem very high, but compared to a facelift or botox, its tremendous savings (yes she actually said that)

sane: pretty sure I'd pass on both of those, and no, there's no way in *** I'm spending $1400 for all this *** that you say I need

insane: buy these 4 I give you these 2, total $900

sane: suspiciously large discount, but no

insane: ok lets remove 2 products, total $750

sane: yes lets remove the 2 that I truly didn't need and you knew that, and no I'm not paying $750

insane: let me check stock room, oh look at damaged box! cannot sell damaged box, I discount this for you, you buy these 4, I give you this damaged box, total $650

sane: you know what, I'll take this and this (just to get the *** out of here you unbefrickenlieveable excuse for a sales person, where the *** am I?)

insane: (staring into the point-of-sale computer screen) can you keep a secret?

sane: oh sure I LOVE secrets! (hey Siri, pull up Yelp and do a Google search on Forever Flawless... I think I'm gonna need them)

insane: i can give you the eye serum for $35 but you can't tell anyone!

sane: $399 bottle of eye serum down to $35? this whole ordeal just took a surreal turn into a dark and disgusting level, but I want to get out of here before I explode

I got out with all limbs and digits intact, however not 5 feet away from the door, I realized I'd left behind a large bag of my dignity. And a box of self-respect.

I stewed through the day and sat down tonight to see what I could find online about this place and my search led me here. I read every review and it is utterly uncanny how similar they all are. It's the same horrific experience over and over. I'm so disappointed in myself. Maybe I was in disbelief that this was actually happening at the Biltmore, which is a nice, upscale place where I would never have expected such a déclassé encounter. Yes, its easy to say to someone, "You could've just walked out." True. I don't know how to explain it, when you're in that very time and place in an experience like this, how crippled you become. Maybe diamond dust has a hypnotic effect?

Most of these reviews here have indicated that refunds were not an option, only exchanges, and even those seemed hit and miss. Perhaps the company has amended that policy over time and due to the number of complaints. My receipt does say "Refunds within 7 days on unopened packages." I haven't opened a thing so I'm going back later today (Sunday) to attempt a refund. From all I've read tonight, I've regained my bravado and am prepared to display my own stage show for them, if necessary. I will try to inconspicuously video the moment with my phone. Either way, I will report back as to how it goes down.

They reel you in by sampling the 4th tier product under a wrinkled eye, and of course, it then looks great...so they continue with the lower tiers and review the ways to use...then they sample a mask of the highest priced stuff...it works fabulously for 2,000 to 4,000 $. But all they give you is fancy packaged JUNK!

I went back the next day & they confuse you, hold you there with chit chat, make promises while pleading that we must not tell anyone the price ... And the boss is close by watching the ruse....sick sick people preying on innocents

Poor customer service

I was approached by a woman named J. and she admired by necklace.

Then she wanted to put some type of cream on my face to help with my wrinkles and sun damage. I was a bit taken aback, because I have been taking care of my skin even using dermatologist products. She even asked me if I considered having a face lift. What?

Honestly, she was about 20 years old herself. Maybe they should have older sales people, who actually have wrinkles or sun damage and use the products they are pushing on customers, and not some prepubescent girl with perfect skin. I told her I am already using products and don't want to mix anything. She claimed it was all safe, and just kept putting this cream which began to feel warm on my skin.

It was suppose to lift my skin. She just kept putting it on, even doing my neck, she just wouldn't stop. When she finally wiped it off, she handed me the mirror and then began taking my photo for before and after shots. I never agreed to that.

She then said Madonna and many famous people use this diamond facial product. The price for a years worth, was $9300! I said I would not be purchasing that. She then asked me to keep a secret and said she would throw in a few other products if I paid $3100 for the product and referred all my friends to her.

In my mind I was just thinking of a way to get out of there. Finally she asked how I would be paying for it, and I said I would need to go to the bank first. She then asked me to leave a $300 deposit on my credit card and I refused. These are the same people (from Israel) who used to try and get you to try the Dead Sea products.

Same sales pitch, but now they want a small fortune. I finally left and never went back..Avoid them at all costs.
