I was at Forever Flawless some months ago, and I bought the Apricot scrub and moisturizer. I thought it was okay, worth the try but probably wont buy it again. Then I was given a "free facial" to use at a later date.

When I tired to redeem it, they acted like they were doing me some charity work. They said that they would use some nice mask that they carry.

After they applied the mask, I was ganged up on and cornered in the back of the building by two men. One who claimed he was the "owner" they insisted that I needed plastic surgery. When they asked me what I was using I told them their own product and he said it wasn't working for me because my skin was "too damaged". I kept asking them to take the stuff off of my face and let me go home. They wouldn't let me leave, they gave a very aggressive/pushy sales pitch, asking me to spend $5k on this new product. When they tried it on me and asked me to comment on the "amazing" difference, I told them I really didn't see it, and they got visibly angry.

Finally I told them that I was going to buy anything, I can't afford those prices. They smeared the mask off leaving residue and marks all over my face.

I left the building crying and my fiance who was on his way down there wanted to call the police and press charges for harassment.

As a person coping with anxiety that was probably one of the most stressful moments I have had.
