The canned reply to this review will state "you shopped at an independent retailer, blah blah blah", as a way to avoid accountability. Funny how customers from all over the US and Canada that have reviewed this experience say the same thing about the sales reps being extremely pushy and using the same bogus sales techniques. For example, "one day promo!" (No signs or prices posted) , "For $199 I can give you the peeling gel and the moisturizer, normally $200 each!" (LIE; you can find each for $70 online, and many customers on this review section reported paying less). High quality products that deliver on what they promise do not require aggressive sales tactics to sell.

My sales rep (Amanda in Winnipeg) told me the moisturizer contained SPF. I asked what amount of SPF and looked at the label, then she backtracked and said that it did not.

She also offered to throw in a free foaming cleanser "because she liked me so much" (puh-leeze). I noticed she didn't add it to the bag, so politely asked if it was in there, she said yes and locked eyes with me for a moment and then said "oh... sorry about that".

I believe all of these "independent retailers" are trained by the owners of this brand on how to be aggressive, and how to essentially scam people into paying whatever they can squeeze out of them.

Always beware of these high pressure sales techniques coupled with non-existent return policy, it's a surefire sign that the product is junk.

. I was walking down the street with my daughter when I was grabbed by the arm by a young man who pulled me into the shop offering a way to get rid of the bags under my eyes and to receive a free facial.

I felt very uncomfortable and vulnerable, but he assured me to be seated and their specialist would be with me. The young lady, Morgan started putting a lot of different products on my face. The 2 of them kept oogling over the amazing change taking place, but they did not allow me to look in a mirror. When it was over, I was told I could have this guaranteed non-surgical face lift for 2 years for $7000.

I refused and she kept lowering the price, intimidating me for refusing. I walked out with 2 large bags of product for $2,942.50, $648.25 more than I was quoted. That evening, my face and neck turned bright red with a rash, and my eyes were swollen as an allergic reaction to the products. The next day I took the bags back to the shop and explained I am unable to use the products because of the reaction I had.

(I also complained about the overcharge, and my account was credited with the overcharge a few days later.) I was told they were unable to process refunds, grabbing a sign from behind the counter saying “no refunds.” They told me to contact customer service. I asked what they would do, and he said probably nothing since they don’t refund. They told me to take the bags with me, but I refused, saying I would have my bank stop payment because I can’t use the product. However, after several months of working with the bank, they did not refund.

I received 2 phone calls (number unavailable) the message that was left apparently was from Forever Flawless. I did not return calls. I am a retired teacher on a fixed income and I’m out $2512.75 with nothing to show for it. I believe this business is a scam that preys on senior women dealing with the aging process.

Palm Springs Beauty (California) and AVG Group-customer service (Florida) are not registered businesses that I could track down, which makes it very suspicious.

Forever Flawless, the products’ name has contact info but they claim not to have control over venders. Is this a pyramid scam?

Visiting from my daughter in MA from MD I stopped by the North Shore Mall Laurel introduced me to the product demonstrated in a Mall Kiosk. Approximately 4PM 9/2/19.

After spending $2550 and returning to my daughter's home I noticed the item placed in the bag by Laurel Tucker (sales) was in fact not the item he demonstrated.

9/3/19 at 10AM when the Kiosk reopened I arrived with all items un-opened in the bag (less than 24 hours had passed)

I told Laurel I just wanted to return and have a refund.He apologized for the attempted scam removed the item and placed the "advanced" Eneo in the bag. I told him simply to accept the return.

He refused and told me it was a medical device. He could not accept despite the fact it was not opened and there were piles of boxes on his Kiosk. He said I would receive a call with instructions from a mail provider who would pick the item up from my daughter's MA address by 6PM.

No call was received.

I sent Laurel a text to that affect to which he replied "OK Maam)

I was flying back to MD the following morning and was forced to pack the items and pay for extra luggage.

Since then I have filed a complaint with AMEX. Forever Flawless sent them the receipt stating no refunds/exchanges with in 14 days.

The writing Laurel placed at the bottom of my receipt was blacked out when he responded to AMEX.

It said "return -6 months.

I bought two Sericin creams from Foreverflawless, when after three months I opened them from the original packaging, the products were bad, sticky and stingy. When I called the store, it no longer existed because it was closed (I buy in december 2018, when I contact the man which was working there in april 2019 told me that shop is closed more than 6 months).

When I contacted the company in Las Vegas, they told me that they were not responsible for the products if they did not suit me, but that only a shop where I could buy damn expensive creams at 120€ each.

The company contact person Debbie told me that the shipping cost was 39.95$ to Italy. Because it not only sad, but shameful that not everyone sells products so badly and misleads, and steals from people for this price... he still wants to take money. When I then asked if the package to San Francisco take someone there probably cost a lot less than 39.95$, she tells me that in any case, cost of shipping, I have to pay a certain amount because they don't have to send product to me free ???

However, when staff members Debbie write me that the cost of shipping is the same, they I writte to send me the product where I live to Slovenia, she adds that I have to send the product back and the shipping costs are even more, since the 39.95$ is a cost for the US area only. Any answer with foreverflawless before is nothing to indicate what and how.

Every time something else. I just want my money back!

I purchased the diamond infused 24k gold tightening complex while on vacation in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The man that sold it to me told me to store it in the fridge because I would only be using it for special occasions.

I went to use it today and it has completely crystallized and is now useless! I am so upset that I spent a lot of money on this and I’ve only used it 3 times and now it’s unusable!

I went onto the company chat and have been told to contact the store I purchased it from for a possible replacement. Well that’s completely unacceptable considering the company has the same website no matter what “franchise” I look up.

My cousin who does not speak English and is disabled due to a blood hemorrhage she had last year was at the Stoneridge Mall last Tuesday 5pm. The sellers of this store are super pushy and sneaky.

Somehow they managed to throw some Spanish and lied about he price and promotions of their product. She got confused and ended-up buying $1,600 USD in their products. 10 minutes later a friend of my cousin tried to help her to return the products explaining to the manager of the store that my cousin could not understand or speak English and is disabled. The manager however, pointed out the receipts have a "Non refund" policy printed on their receipts.

The manager refused to refund her anything even after her friend explained the situation.

I went by the mall store yesterday and explained to them that my cousin is disabled and does not even have a job.

She basically made a very expensive mistake, but they refused to listed and refund anything again. I will have to call the credit card and help her put a fraud/dispute directly with the bank.

I am very disappointed about the ethics of this business and really wished this kind of business were not even in the market.

Purchased Forever Flawless snake venom eye serum. I was told by the (pushy) salesman that the tube would last a year.

The tube didn't even last two weeks. And I did use it as specified. I used a micro drop on my finger for each eye and applied it to my eyes. I was angered beyond belief when after 13 days, the tube was empty.

I am now making it my goal to spread the word everywhere that this was a ripoff. I am taking out ads in newspapers and social media to tell everyone about this scam. I filed with the BBB also.

This is only the edited version, but I am detailing the whole story everywhere possible. I had enough of these companies taking advantage of consumers.

Don't ever buy from them!!!! They are pushy con artists who negotiate and renegotiate get you to buy and then don't make you aware of their return policy which is NO RETURNS.

They make up a bunch of *** about how expensive their products are and keep going down on price to make you feel you are getting an amazing deal. They are sleezy and liars!!

I tried to return my products unopened, but they would not allow it. They also could not tell me any science behind their products because their is none. When I tried to get ahold of my sales person over and over, he vanished.

I am very angry about this horrible business practice, it is very deceitful and evil.

I encountered Neil at Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona this week. He was working the Forever Flawless kiosk.

He stopped me by asking where I was from. I was on vacation and had time to stop and talk with him and get his speel about the product.

After telling him in every way I knew how that I would never pay $800 for a couple of cosmetics at the mall without doing some independent research he kept lowering the price. And lowering the price.

I could not gracefully get away from this guy.

About 20 minutes after being at the kiosk with Neil he finally decided I wasn’t going to make a purchase and sent me on my way.

He was very rude after I wouldn’t make a purchase and in my opinion gives the brand a real black eye.

After being treated like that I would never consider purchasing the product.

I bought this in Vegas in Aug 2016. I was very sceptical, but decided to give it a try.

I used to have little bumps along my jaw line, only after a few times of using, the bumps are gone. I have sensitive skin, it was not harsh and left my skin so smooth.

There is a down-side and that it is very expensive. I've not been able to purchase since.

I appreciate the whole "mark up the price 1,000% so you can discount it 700%" but the sales girl was really only looking for a number I felt I could afford as opposed to a reasonable price for the product. She kept asking how much I was willing to pay.

Several days after purchase I noticed the purchase amount was double what we had agreed upon and discovered a second sales receipt for an additional product that I had been told was "free" costing $100.00.

I returned to the store within 14 days and was summarily dismissed. A call to the Distributor was a waste of time as well. They claimed there was nothing they could do.

I complained to Mall Management and made my initial contact with the police regarding the credit card fraud and will follow up with the Detectives. I will follow up with the Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division and then Small Claims Court if necessary.

I explained I was an attorney and didn't want to start a war, just wanted to return the product and have my CC credited but to no avail. It didn't seem to bother them that they'll spend more to defend than the refund would have been.

Stay away from this business. The Massachusetts AG has other complaints against the store I was at.
