Visiting from my daughter in MA from MD I stopped by the North Shore Mall Laurel introduced me to the product demonstrated in a Mall Kiosk. Approximately 4PM 9/2/19.

After spending $2550 and returning to my daughter's home I noticed the item placed in the bag by Laurel Tucker (sales) was in fact not the item he demonstrated.

9/3/19 at 10AM when the Kiosk reopened I arrived with all items un-opened in the bag (less than 24 hours had passed)

I told Laurel I just wanted to return and have a refund.He apologized for the attempted scam removed the item and placed the "advanced" Eneo in the bag. I told him simply to accept the return.

He refused and told me it was a medical device. He could not accept despite the fact it was not opened and there were piles of boxes on his Kiosk. He said I would receive a call with instructions from a mail provider who would pick the item up from my daughter's MA address by 6PM.

No call was received.

I sent Laurel a text to that affect to which he replied "OK Maam)

I was flying back to MD the following morning and was forced to pack the items and pay for extra luggage.

Since then I have filed a complaint with AMEX. Forever Flawless sent them the receipt stating no refunds/exchanges with in 14 days.

The writing Laurel placed at the bottom of my receipt was blacked out when he responded to AMEX.

It said "return -6 months.

Since the location closed, we can assist in exchanging any product as a courtesy for you however, we cannot issue refunds for another business. We do charge shipping for any product exchange. Certain countries have restrictions and added costs for shipping skincare. Since the products are now wanting to be shipped to Slovenia vs. San Francisco, there may be added costs. We apologize for any inconvenience in getting your products exchanged.

I bought two Sericin creams from Foreverflawless, when after three months I opened them from the original packaging, the products were bad, sticky and stingy. When I called the store, it no longer existed because it was closed (I buy in december 2018, when I contact the man which was working there in april 2019 told me that shop is closed more than 6 months).

When I contacted the company in Las Vegas, they told me that they were not responsible for the products if they did not suit me, but that only a shop where I could buy damn expensive creams at 120€ each.

The company contact person Debbie told me that the shipping cost was 39.95$ to Italy. Because it not only sad, but shameful that not everyone sells products so badly and misleads, and steals from people for this price... he still wants to take money. When I then asked if the package to San Francisco take someone there probably cost a lot less than 39.95$, she tells me that in any case, cost of shipping, I have to pay a certain amount because they don't have to send product to me free ???

However, when staff members Debbie write me that the cost of shipping is the same, they I writte to send me the product where I live to Slovenia, she adds that I have to send the product back and the shipping costs are even more, since the 39.95$ is a cost for the US area only. Any answer with foreverflawless before is nothing to indicate what and how.

Every time something else. I just want my money back!

I purchased the diamond infused 24k gold tightening complex while on vacation in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The man that sold it to me told me to store it in the fridge because I would only be using it for special occasions.

I went to use it today and it has completely crystallized and is now useless! I am so upset that I spent a lot of money on this and I’ve only used it 3 times and now it’s unusable!

I went onto the company chat and have been told to contact the store I purchased it from for a possible replacement. Well that’s completely unacceptable considering the company has the same website no matter what “franchise” I look up.

Hello I purchased products from Bioxage salon in NYC that included

refills of products and facials as well as silver oceane membership.

The store unfortunately closed without warning and I am wondering how

I can obtain the product refills and facials as I was told the silver membership card covered.

Please advise as I have invested much money on this product and promise of product and services, I do not make millions of dollars and work hard as a nurse. However, we are the distributor for Forever Flawless and only able to process the returns of orders made directly through our website. I was approached by a sales person promoting his product. He tried them on my hands ( peeling gel, white diamond cleanser and moisturiser). I told him if I could have some samples first because I know my own skin very well that i usually get reactions from various reputable skincare products.

He said there are no samples for the facial products but should there any reactions that occur, he will fix my face(provide facial) or quoted from him “if I really want a refund also can”.

After few days of using the product my skin became dry and itchy, little red bumps started to appear, I didn’t expect it to be the product so I continued using for a few more days, up to a week plus I contacted the salesperson. I sent him a picture of my face and told him about the redness and itch. He said my skin is adapting to the new product and asked me to use for another few weeks and let him know.

Few weeks later my skin got worse. It was like little clogged pores and breakouts of pimples all over( similar reactions I get when I use wrong products).

So the sales person said he will contact his boss. He told me that his boss said this is a cleanser, it shouldn’t cause pimples.

I went to see a doctor and he had to give me hydrocortisone( steroid cream for the inflammation) and climdamycin (antibiotics for my achne breakouts). I took a picture and sent it to him. He said he will send it to his boss.

It has been two months since. I am beyond disappointed at how they are so pushy to sell their products and now they are avoiding and denying that their product caused the reaction. They won’t even give the refund they promised.

STAY AWAY...They are BAD People and We bought from the Owners Son David in a Signature Store in Puerto Rico while on a Cruise...Still Trying to get Our Money Back...If Nothing Else I Just Want To Put These People OUT OF BUSINESS so they CAN'T take Advantage of Anybody Else...

I was deceived by salesperson and charged wrongfully on my credit card. I was approached by sales person Ellie in front of Forever Flawless store at North Shore Shopping Center in Peabody, MA.

I went in and she proceeded to start applying products to my arm and then sat me down in a chair and starting to bring out products and apply them to my face. She then started out with an outrageous price of 3495.00 for an array of products that she said I needed. I said in no way do I have that much money. She then removed products and brought out new ones and changed the price and products NUMEROUS times.

I was confused and didn't know what was actually in the bag she was filling and removing from. She asked for my credit card because I said I didn't know how much available I had left on it. Now she was at the register with my card and she came back with a bag and products with a receipt she said was in the bag. Another sales man came over and started talking to me with compliments while she was at the register to distract me.

I was played I know after the fact. She was charming and kept giving me compliments to throw me off guard and so was the other salesman David his name was. I didn't see the receipt till I got home because it was buried under my products. I want a refund for the $650.oo gold mask that is what is actually on my receipt.

This is outrageous price and I was lied to and manipulated. The product was not sealed from the time of sale either so I don't know if it was used on another person for one of their demonstrations. I did not use it because it was already opened when I got home. I want a full refund.

I have not contacted the store yet I wanted leverage before I do that so they don't try to manipulate me again. I also am going to speak to my lawyer about this to see what I can do legally if they do not refund me.

My friends' mother-in-law got bilked out of $7,000 from Forever Flawless at the Westfield Mall in Escondido, CA. She has dementia, and a so-called friend took her out shopping and wasn't keeping an eye out for her. Her son found out and immediately went back to the store; but was told by the owner only the $6,000 that was charged on her ONLY credit card would be refunded; but the $1,000 cash would not be returned!!!!

A few years back, the same thing happened to me; but it was at a Seacret Dead Sea kiosk that scammed me. High pressure, not stop BS; but I was blown away by the attention and flattery from the young Israeli boy! I wound up purchasing $300 (thank God not $7,000); but when I got home only part of my purchase was in my bag. I went back to ask them what happened, and they told me all that I had purchased was in the bag they gave me! I wanted a refund; but of course, he refused, so I asked for a manager, and he told me HE was the manager! I even went to the mall's office to report all this; but they never followed thru with my complaint.

Unfortunately, these high-pressured young illegals are somehow brought to this country on some kind of visa, and taught by 'professional' scammers how to bilk us out of our money and savings! I urge everyone to consider checking out the English version of the BBB, wesite: londonbds.org, and you can even see thru videos the tactics these young thieves use to coerce you to buy, buy, buy their inferior products. I actually wound up getting a swelling under my eyes from the product they used on me. Apparently, I was allergic to whatever was in it. I turned them in to our BBB; but nothing ever came of it!!!

SO PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE OVERLY PRICED, INFERIOR PRODUCTS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST AND CHECK OUT THE INFORMATION I GAVE YOU. GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU!

After that I started with the pink line and am very pleased. The only thing I would like is to have a store next to where I live but also getting to Vegas is not so bad.
