Walt Whitman shoppes "Oceane" Forever Flawless products
On my way out of Apple Store walking to my car on Thursday 3/24, I was lured into this place. Sean put the Diamond Blue eye serum on me and then gave me his high priced sales pitch.
I could get the serum and the eye cream for $399. Showed me videos of before and after. I said I just paid for an expensive repair at Apple and could not afford this. The price came down to $299.
He said I looked about 40! Gee, isn't that great since I have a son who's 40!!! I didn't ***. More sales pitch.
Down to $199. Sean spoke to some others either in Greek or Turkish. I had to get away. I only bought the eye serum for $99 which was HIS personal price b/c he said I'd come back b/c of the great results.
This is supposed to be a year's supply. The box says their office is in Cyprus! I see a little difference in the under eye area and less dark circles. I just came back from this mall today 3/31 with my repaired laptop and walked right passed them again.
Since I am walking with a cane due to upcoming knee surgery, I was almost attacked by two of their sales people today saying, "We can help you. Let me help you with your package." "Not today, I said" Advice, "Walk on the other side by Bloomingdales." The Simon Corp.
should be ashamed that they leased to a tenant like this. It brings down the atmosphere of this lovely Mall.

Forever Flawless Customer Service
I was lured into the store in Third Street Santa Monica and given very hard sell by Marlies, my credit card was also taken to the counter so I did not see anything about no refunds, if there was anything there! I was given a free!!! facial which was nothing like a facial !!! just cream applied and steam directed on my face, I wrote and complained to Marlies
I was contacted by Sharon Morgan of Customer Services when I complained about a facial and pushy sales people, she dealt with my issues promptly, politely and was very helpful. I was very happy with the way she dealt with every step of our communications, swiftly and efficiently, I was also very pleased with the outcome, being offered a full refund without any problem. I have nothing but praise for the Customer Service Department and Sharon Morgan in particular.

Worst sales tactics I've ever seen
I was pulled in by a salesman who at first seemed sweet and charming. He offered to put an eye serum on me, which seemed harmless enough.
I only had 10 minutes to spare because I needed to pick up my daughter from school and let him know that right away. He said no problem. 10 minutes later, he was still talking - had barely paused to take a breath that entire time. I liked the eye serum at first glance until he told me the exorbitant price of $700.
I told him in no uncertain terms that I didn't have that kind of money, so he offered to drop the price to $400. I told him I still did not have that kind of money. At that point, the 10 minutes were up, so I told him I had to go. He lost the charm and became quite pushy.
He said "I don't understand. You like the product, you like me, what's the problem?" I reminded him that for one, I had to go right then and there. And that I don't have that kind of money. He stared at me and said "I think you do if you really want to look younger and feel happy with the way you look." But he gave me a voucher if I would come back and go in the store later and said that I could get 3 products for $400.
I told him firmly that no matter what, I don't have that kind of money. He sharply and rudely told me that I was foolish and had wasted his time doing something nice for me. As I walked away, he mumbled something under his breath. What kind of a salesperson thinks that this approach is a good one?
What kind of a company would stand behind that and teach their salespeople to treat potential customers like that?
It obviously works on some people because the store stays open, but trying to shame a person into buying a product is despicable.

Forever Flawless - Peeling Gel Review from Phoenix, Arizona
I purchased the infused facial peel this guy who was very pushy and I guess I was too he said it cost 180 I replied if it's 50 or more I have to talk with my husband. So I started to walk away he ran back and said I can give it to you for 50 i said I still gotta talk to my husband .
So I got him to sell it to me for 40.00.
They are over priced and they don't need to be.

Forever Flawless Sample Review from Singapore, Singapore
I had the experience with this brand at a mall in Singapore. I was walking by the store and a salewoman gave me the little samples then she said she saw some problems on my facial skin, she had something which could solve it all then she pulled me in.
What happened after that was like everyone else here. Pushily suggesting and adding more products and giving promotion blah blah blah. I couldnt help but spending most of the money I had ( I was leaving SG the day after that) to get out. I was in quite a hurry.
And partly because the facial peel seemed effective. My skin did get brighter and smoother and cooler after I tried the product. I paid 100SGD for it then I left. After a few mins my face started to get itchy, I came back to return the product.
The salewoman was really nice tho. She accepted it, she gave me back my money and even helped me clean my face. Eventually she said sorry to me.
After seaching online for the product I found this website.
Now I dont know wheter my face got itchy is lucky or unlucky haha.
But I'm sure that I was lucky to meet a kind saleswoman.
Forever Flawless - Lotion Review from Rockland, Massachusetts
I'm concerned now, I just today have a story almost like yours, blue diamond product with the fa e peel, had a woman drag me in even though I said no. Husband waited outside because we were at a mall.
And like you I agreed to get the eye surum $185.00 just to get out of there, grabbed my cc and rang it up front without me there, not to sound rude but these people are not American and at this point I didn't trust them, to pushy, she came back and started with "you should really ha e the facial cream also" and I flat out said " and that's why my credit card is still upfront and not I'm my hands" she made a face like yes. Again got suckered in but got half off and she threw something I'm for free but it doesn't make me feel safe, I feel like I'll find fraudulent charges on my card later on and she kept going over and whispering to one of the gentleman workers, I again bluntly said "what are your two talking about" they "claimed" he was telling her she should hurry my husband looked upset I was taking so long but he wasn't even outside he was in another store....not annoyed. She again was trying to sell sell sell. I said OK no.
I need to Leave. I signed up for a "free" facial that I don't plan on going to but again afraid they may charge me for it if I don't call or show. A few min ago I did the facial peel and used the facial lotion and under eye serum but I have to say under my eye feels stiff and my eyes are burnt and they weren't when she did it.
Slightly worried now. If you find anything out I'd love your input!!
I am reaching out to others who have been conned by this company.
Thru the Forever Flawless given by this site, I was given the parent company of the store that I bought the products from. After a lengthy conversation with Johnny Vico, I am emailing a complaint to them in hopes of a resolution. I update as this progresses.
I believe Forever Flawless is a ***. I was convinced to buy the eye serum and got a free facial within one week. The facial lasted an hour and a half, with a mask that was put on my face, one side at a time. Lots of talking....trying to sell me products, adding other products and facials for free. I have never fallen for a scam like this! Finally, I agreed to spent $1000. just to get out of there, and gave my card. How crazy is that? "Elad" took my card to the front of the store to ring in my sale. He returned without the card, telling me, "I really want you to get both sets." ($2000.) He insisted, really pushing the product, adding more free stuff, a year's worth of skincare. I was worrying about my credit card, nowhere in sight. Finally, I gave in, I just wanted to get out of there. I had to ask for my credit card back.
I didn't see "no refund" on the sales slip that I signed, but when he took that away(quickly), it was on my receipt, but somehow, it didn't register. I'll tell you, this guy was so good, he sold me a product (for $1000.) that is called 24 carat gold, because it has gold in it. I am allergic to gold, can't have it touch my skin. I bought it. That's a ***.
Within two days, I had a bad reaction to the products, burnt skin and raw, puffy, red around the eyes. I tried to return all the product, as I no longer trusted any of their products, and was insulted. Even when the mediator from my credit card company called, trying to resolve it,"David" the mgr. on duty, would not give the name of his boss or the owner of the store.
The stores are independent of the parent company. There is no way to get touch with anyone higher up that the people in the store.
I have not been able to sleep or concentrate on anything else since this happened. This has shattered my sense of self. I have never done anything like this.
That, I suppose, is the definition of a ***, that they convince you to do something that's completely against your better judgement.
Any suggestions as to how to deal with this?
- Ff is a scam
- Pressure to buy
- Product warranty
Full refund
Forever Flawless - Lotion Review from August, California
I don't understand why you are trying to sell your product at a nice hotel such as Aria in Las Vegas. Your all purpose lotion that I received a sample of contains MINERAL OIL as it 2nd ingredient.
How cheap and rude is that. MINERAL OIL IS HORRIBLE FOR YOUR FACE AND ITS EXTREMELY CHEAP . YOU DON'T PUT THAT INGREDIENT in good skincare. Not to mention you have PROPYLENE GLYCOL AS THE 7TH INGREDIENT.
PURE TOXIC. ALSO YOU DON'T MAKE GOOD SKINCARE IN CHINA.
HOW DEGRADING. ....
Forever Flawless - Customer Care Review from New Castle, Indiana
THESE PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETELY A SHAM. I've used for 3 months, no difference in skin, wrinkles or pore size.
No response from customer service, I made that call 1 month ago. Rediculous price. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
PISSED IN INDIANA.
Forever Flawless skin care is a SCAM
My friend and I bought the Forever Flawless products on 9/6/15, after hearing that we were getting a big discount and would get a VIP card for $1894.72, which allows us to get free refills for a year. The card has it engraved ‘Free Refills for 1 year’.
For purchasing the product we would also get 3 free facials and one neck treatment for free. During the time I used their products; neither the products nor the facials did any good. When I went for a refill of the night cream, Marta gave me a substitute product of the night cream. This is a scam.
On 10/10/15, when I went for the 2nd facial Marta sold me the Neck product for $427.24, BOGO . I took it back on 10/12/15, Marta and her boss refused to refund my money. The last time, I went back for the neck treatment, Marta tried to sell me more products like the laser flash light for a discounted price of $1700 because I had the VIP card. I refused to buy the laser flash light.
Martha got furious and said, “I will not give you any more free refills and you should not come to this store anymore”. They do not stick to their word. This is fraud. I texted Marta, that I will return all the unopened products.
She replied, “Come tomorrow at 5:30 pm.” When I took all the products and went to the store, she would not come out to see me. Her manager did. I explained the problem to him.
He was very disrespectful and started yelling at me, “you used half of the products and do not have any shame to come back to the store for a refill and refund”. I walked out of the store advising them that I will complain to the BBB.
Sorry to hear about bad experiences. KC store have my vote!
first time I got my products was in Oak Park Mall, Kansas City
The sales rep were very professional, not pushy, more like offering what he believes will be the best for me.
ended up buying two products he suggested: the diamond microdermabrasion and the lifting serum for the eyes.
I've been using the products for almost a year and I'm very pleased with the results!
I also came back several times for facials, and got the black diamond collection, and the pink collagen treatment which I love. (using frugally to make sure I have it for longer term :)
It's difficult to try and use the products after reading all the horrible reviews, but it's always good to try it yourself on your skin.
I recommend, like other reviews here, to try one or two products first at a local location ( The stores in Vegas and in Miami were indeed pushy and tried to sell me at higher prices!)
if you like it, go back for more.
Local stores has better customer service and work more about preserving the customers to keep coming back. I've been treated really good at Oak park, as week as the prices in this specific store are more affordable, not like other reviews I've seen here.
hope I could help some of you that are indecisive :)
Forever Flawless Natick mall
I got my products in the Natick mall location,
The sales rep was very knowledgeable and not VERY pushy,
I've been using the products (the blue for the eyes is my favorite) for almost a year and I'm very happy with the results!
It's difficult to try and use the products after reading all the horrible reviews, but it's always good to try it yourself on your skin.
I will recommend to try one or two products first at your LOCAL location (not during vacation! The guys in Vegas was very very pushy and tried to sell me more stuff for higher price!) and if you like it go back for more.
Local locations has better customer service.
Scammed & Extremely Disappointed!
I was approached by a VERY charming sales person in a kiosk at Scottsdale's Fashion Square in November. His initial approach was for the manicure kit, which he demonstrated on one of my nails, and it seemed to be a good product, which he immediately offered at a two for one price, when I hesitated to purchase.
Then he threw in the fact that the buffer had a life-time guarantee. I decided to think about it, and returned a bit later after shopping. -- This time, as he saw he had my attention, he went on to introduce me to their skincare line, along with demonstrations, and better & better price deals! -- To make a long story short, and this was my fault, I was completely overwhelmed with all these products promised to deliver, without having a face-lift, that I walked away with $1700 worth of products!!
-- I have given these products three months to produce ANY sort of improvement, to no avail!! In fact, the manicure buffers have shredded & and fallen apart! The skincare regime is a bunch of time-wasting ***, and in fact, my skin looked dry & cracked after each application, making it necessary to apply other products to soften the effect.
-- The company does NOT even stand by their products, and refused even a partial refund! -- So, PLEASE do yourself a favor, and DO NOT buy this product, as it is just a bunch of ***!!
- Too much pressure
