Sales people were very pushy. Even though i told them several times i couldnt make a puchase today.

They had their boss come iver and throw a metal card at me for his discount rate. Will NOT go back or refer others!

As I walked past Forever flawless on the street, a seemingly sweet girl hands me a sample. Choosing not to ignore her and trying to be polite I accepted the sample and the offer to try the eye cream.

Within moments I was being aggressively pitched products my cost which started at $450 total for three products were dramatically reduced to $150 within moments of me saying I would need to do more research. Instead of asking me if I'd even like to purchase was asked "so cash or card"? This was all after she had insulted me by asking/stateing if I was 30-31 .. I am 26 and take very good care of my skin and myself extending as far as facials, natural high end skincare regime and Botox for forehead prevention of wrinkles.

She also stated on how bad my under eye circles are and said I really need to address those deep and dark puffy eyes lol I am recovering from an illness and had literally woken from a nap 1/2 hour prior.

Sorry about the rant but how unprofessional!!

I would NEVER purchase from this company as I'm sure they put more money into the packaging than they do the product! Not to mention their sales techniques are less than desirable!!!

Very pushy staff, carefully rehearsed salespitch

As soon as the saleslady called out to me and came racing over, I knew where it was all heading but I was curious and had lots of time on my hands so I decided why not, knowing I wouldn't purchase anything. She began *** about her miracle product and wanted to show me how much better it was than standard hand creams. She proceeded to use a tube of regular cream, adding some to my arm and lightly trying to rub it in, all the while counting to 10 with each rub and showing me how "unabsorbent" the regular cream was. I played along and then she proceeded to move on to Forever Flawless cream, which she massaged onto my other arm, pressing firmly and, once again, starting to count, only getting to 7 this time before the cream was absorbed. Funny how I was able to replicate exactly what she did when I got home, using the SAME cream both times. She seemed to assume I'd be too *** to know the difference between lightly attempted to rub on hand lotion, vs firmly massaging it on.

She offered me her special deal, just for me, because she loved the product so much and knew I would be hooked and she wanted to share a special deal, just for me. When I was recently in Turkey, I saw similar sales tactic when shopping the markets! She gushed about the face cream and how amazing it was and about hwo I'd enver want to try anything else.

I told her that I wasn't interested at this point and she immediately ran off to "consult" with her manager and see if she could get me an even better deal, which of course he agreed to. It still came to something like $200 for just the facial cream, and if I got the hand cream, I could have it for $100 more, or something like that.

This product is so obviously a scam and the girl was so pushy and condescending about my normal care routine that I actually thought about going to the mall manager and filing a complaint about Flawless Diamonds' shoddy business practices. The store only lasted a few months at the mall, anyway, as it's one of the nicer malls in town and I'm sure there were many others who were as turned off as I was.

Actually, I found it to be more amusing than anything, how hard she was trying to convince me her product was a miracle and how much I'd love it. She should have become an actress!

Its unfortunate what others have written but I personally love forever flawless. Yes it is expensive (so try talking down the sales person) but it works way better than anything Ive ever used.

Compared to the cost of facials this product lasts 6 months as is like getting a facial 2-3 times per week. I am 32 and pass for 20 all the time.

I agree the Vine Vera Reservatol works like magic. The salesman wanted to sell me just the Reservatol for $400.

If adamantly refused, and finally paid $275 for the Reservatol, cleansing mousse, and a 40 minute facial certificate which I'm can give to others.

The tube of Reservatol will last a year and a half and frankly the results are nothing less than astounding.

When something works so well I'm wondering if there are any long-term side effects, yet I'm haven't read of any thus far.

At age 32, you should be proud of your wonderful skin, looks and life. I don't think you really want to be taken for a 20 year old college girl.

You are in the minority of people who have good results. These people are scammers and the same company that sells Oro Gold and Dead Sea (Seacrest) cosmetics at various locations all over the world until they are thrown out of malls or closed down in some cities like Amsterdam and Toronto.

Representative used a different product on my eye than they sold me. They lied to me.

I know it is my fault for falling for this product but the product that was put under my eyes is obviously not what I was sold. I spent over $200 on something that was supposed to help the bags under my eyes. When the sales person put the product under my eyes it tingled and immediately made my under eye look better. My husband was there and he was convinced that there was a difference. Once I got the product home it did not tingle and was no different than the cream you can buy at the Dollar General Store. I would like to know what they use in the store and why the said they were selling it to me but they lied.

Also, the sales reps were very pushy and very insulting. They tried to make me feel that my skin was terrible and that what I am using is not working. They were rude and totally looked down on us.

I am very dissatisfied and will never step foot in one of your stores again or purchase your product. At least not until you start selling the same product to the consumer that you use for the demonstration.

I was also lied to about the face cream and eye cream. It was my fault to let them *** me into buying it, but when the saleslady put it on I did see the difference.

When I got it home, I tried it and nothing.

Now I AM OUT 200 DOLLARS. *** ME.

Anonymous, when they first started trying to sell me it was going to be around $600. I told them no.

It was sort of like a time share, they did everything to get me to buy it and even told me I could have a crushed box for $200. I hate myself for falling for their scam. I've been using this since May 10 and I see no visible difference.

Oh and I still haven't heard anything from the company! I'm sure they have millions of these complaints!

The same thing happened to me. I reported the Oceane Spa which sells FF to Simon Malls which operates Walt Whitman Mall on Long island, N.Y.

I await their response. This is the same SCAM company that sells Oro Gold cosmetics and Dead Sea stuff all over the world.

The sales help are ILLEGAL Israelis. Disgusting that they are still in business./ they seem to always reinvent themselves.

I had the same experience! The only difference is that I WAS TOLD I COULD ABSOLUTELY BRING IT BACK FOR A REFUND IF I DIDNT LIKE IT OR WAS UNSATIFFIED.

This was around Christmas time, so of course, to my dismay when I was looking at the receipt on my way back to the store to return it, noticed in fine print *no refunds* printed at the bottom of the receipt.

And of course "Natalie" wasn't working that day and they didn't know when she was scheduled next. Such %@&!

How are you supposed to know there is a no return policy if the associate tells you there is and before your receipt is printed and already bought?!?

This is one of the biggest scams there is. They sell theyre products under different names.they grap you when walking by.

Its all rehearsed total ***. They pressured my daughter into buying a cream. Told her it was $43. Which was alot of money for her.

She got her bank statement and the charge was $430.00. She called them, and they said "well you signed for it". They should be run out of every mall, store, or wherever they pull off their fradulant, deceptive stealing of innocent victims.

No telling who the mastermind behind all this fraud is. But he should be wearing an orange jumpsuit.

Bullied and High Pressure

She was yelling real close to my face. When I told her it wasn't in my budget, she pointed to my bags and said "You bought all that and you are telling me you can't afford this product.

I told her it wasn't any of her business what I buy and a no is all I should have to say, She kept pressuring and saying that I must not are about my skin. I finally picked up my phone and googled this site.

She became very irate. I was yelled at and told to leave the store and never come back because I wouldn't purchase her product.

I am so sorry for your daughter. Dispute the charges with your cc company and bank immediately.

Go to the store and tell them you will make such a scene if they don't refund the moony immediately. My friend's daughter had a similar exp. in NJ and carried on so much that they refunded her money.

Report to the Corporate Office of the Mall owners., consumer affairs, BBBureau and perhaps local TV station.

SCAM - Forever Flawless- Turns your face into a prune.

I too was a victim of the terrible face treatment. I was in Vegas with a friend and had a few glasses of wine at the ARIA and was practically forced in the chair.

I stupidly bought the product for over 700.00 and the next morning before going to the airport, after waking up with white stuff on my face I couldn't get off and my face looked like a prune with several more wrinkles that I had. I went down and they said I couldn't return the products because I got a free 700.00 facial!! I said what I didn't get an hour facial and I would have never paid that amount for one. I wanted to go to the ARIA management but I would have been late for my plane.

Still thinking about calling them though.

I am so mad the customer service was terrible at forever flawless. This is such a scam!!

Ridiculously Expensive

I am ashamed of myself and terrified my husband will find out how much money I paid for these products, I feel sick, the Bank rang this morning asking about the unusual large amount withdrawn from our account. We've never had money before always paying bills, I cannot explain why I committed to this selfish transaction, I don't want to face those people again.

I don't even have the courage to tell my Family for fear of their rebuke.

Yes the girl at the front door put the little sample plastic bag in my face then commented on a couple of faded brown marks and how I dealt with them, I'm 65, then I'm seated in a chair No.1 suave mail came over showing me samples of product, applying to my back of hand and under eyes. I was told the product was 50% off today but when he keyed in the price it was full price! I commented he replied oh I said 20%, no 50%, he said he would check with the Manager ok. Then he asked me to input my details into their computer and suavo No.2 entered the scene to No.1, your facial client has cancelled.

He then said to me you might as well have the appointment it's worth $1,200 (voucher) and its free!! Well I was offered water or champagne a beautiful reclining chair relaxing music. Then No.3 (the Boss) came in did everything then lights on clean, clear face, then he proceeds with 3 boxes of products only charged me for 2 $3,900 each.

Oh dear what have I done. I've accidentally damaged one little box which I'll pay for but would like to have my money back before it eats away at me and I'm exposed to friends and family as a fool.

Forever Flawless feels like a SCAM

I have always passed the store wondering but never went in to, it was the first time. The lady was at the entrance handing out samples, so I thought I was going to grab one and go but she was practically forcing me in the store.

At first she showed me a product, and took my hands to try it even though I didn't want to. I couldn't reject her because it went by so fast. Then she asked me a few questions, here and there about my skin treatment and I told her I don't really use any skin care products other than face cream, and she got serious and kind of lectured me, rudely asking why I don't use products, and made a look on her face like I did something wrong. I kind of felt insult at the moment and wanted to leave the store.

But later it was like she went into a persuasive mode, trying to get me to buy the product. She was pressuring me, trying to force me into buying the product and I just felt horrible. Take my advice, and don't buy their products, it felts like a total scam.

When I got home, the hand that she test the product on became all dry and there were multiple cracks on my skin, showing a bit of redness after I put lotion on. My other hand she didn't do anything to was completely fine

I was assaulted by the Sales Rep when I refused to purchase their products

At the Forever Flawless outlet in Las Vegas I was actually assaulted by one of their sales reps when I refused to buy their product.

I was walking through the mall area early morning. A gentleman put the sample in my hand then grabbed me by the wrist and pulled me into the store - even though I said No. He kept saying, “This will just take a moment.”

After he led me to a chair he said something about moisturizer and was suddenly dabbing gel on my face with a plastic tool. He did this quickly and without asking permission to touch me. “Wait, my make-up!” I protested. He dismissed me saying, “It’s OK. It will be fine.” I understood this to mean that he would fix everything before I left.

Suddenly he had a wet towelette and began washing all the make-up off of half of my face. I protested again, “Stop! You’re wiping off my eyeliner!” He shushed me and said again that everything would be fine. Shushed me. When I tried to stand to leave he put his hand on my shoulder so I could not stand up.

He began applying something under my eye and I foolishly thought he was putting my make-up back on. No. He was now applying “stem-cell collagen medicine” to my face and promising me there would be a permanent change in my appearance. He stressed that this was medicine and the change would be permanent. This was horrifying! Without asking, he was making a permanent change to half my face?

At no time did he ask me if I had any allergies or sensitivities, if my religious beliefs conflicted with the use of stem cells, or if I was a Veteran or trauma survivor who might have a serious problem with the way I was being touched, shushed, held captive and “permanently changed” against my will. How can this be legal?

I told him I thought the pricing was ridiculous and even laughed. I told him I was not planning to purchase anything. He said, “You wait and see.” So, in his world No does not mean No.

Whatever “miracle” he applied to my face tightened my skin uncomfortably, then began to flake and burn which even Mr. Pushy could not deny. Suddenly, again without asking, he was smearing something oily around my eye, again the hand on the shoulder so I couldn’t leave, and now more “stem-cell collagen medicine” on my forehead - even after it had already burned me.

At this point the cost had gone from $1,499 to $149 and he was adding more products to sweeten the deal. He was parading me around the salon showing me the other orders waiting for pick-up, because clearly if other women wanted it I should want it too. I continued to say No and began asking when he was going to fix my face so I could leave and resume my day. He ignored everything I said.

I repeated again, “I’m not going to buy anything.” At this point he put both of his hands on my chest and PUSHED ME toward the door. With my hands full and my glasses off I stumbled. I said, “What are you doing?” I honestly didn’t know what was going on because he hadn’t undone this mess he made on my face. Who does that to a woman? He didn’t even offer me a Kleenex. He would not answer me or even turn to look at me. And for the record, pushing women is assault, and that’s not legal.

I left the store and could not even put my glasses on because of all the *** on my face. I tried to wipe it off with my hand but there was so much of it! Now it was all over my hands and then my clothes. I stopped at a newsstand and asked for help. Using bottled water and a scratchy napkin I washed the *** off my face. My face was red and my make-up ruined. The “permanent” change from the “stem cell collagen medicine” was easily washed away with water. The products are a lie.

At first my son was laughing with me at the ridiculous hard sell, but by the end, watching his mother humiliated and washing her face at a newsstand, he became offended. Even a kid could see that this man was mistreating women. My son wanted to go back to the Forever Flawless store and ruin their sales for the rest of the day by shouting that their products didn’t take the wrinkles out of his ***. He was really going to do that, and I probably should have let him. (Yeah, my son is awesome.)

At his school they teach about rape culture. He could see that this man was normalizing the way he was overpowering me, holding me captive, using coercion, and treating me as ***. He didn’t take me seriously when I said ‘No’ and ‘Stop’ from the beginning. He never asked for permission to touch me. “You know you want it” was his message, even though I said No multiple times. He was going to continue his verbal and chemical assault until I gave in. He was going to make me uglier and uglier until I needed his products. He might argue that I was free to go and had allowed all of this, but was I really free to go? He held me captive with his promise to fix my make-up. I waited for him to take his hand off my shoulder so there wouldn’t be a struggle. He led me to believe that he would do those things, and when he didn’t get a sale he assaulted me.

All day long I thought about women being handled, demeaned and assaulted by this man. And this isn’t specific to the Las Vegas store; if you read the online reviews this sales technique is used in ALL of their stores.

I’m sure that Forever Flawless is reading this and thinking that this man is exactly the type of salesperson they want because his pushy, shaming tactics work. He kept asking “Will you tell your friends about this product?” *** yes! Yes I will, but not in the way he had hoped. I’m sharing my experience with everyone who will listen or who might want to read about how Forever Flawless endorses Rape Culture. It is my hope that as women get pulled into these shame-based salons they will remember my story and they will shout as loudly as they can, “Yes, but will it take the wrinkles out of my husband’s ***?” Be empowered ladies. Expose this business before it hurts any more women.

Yah i would completly agree! Their sales people in singapore was more gentle but as soon as they started slopping cream on my face i was there you go again...

completly clueless salespeople. They said they had hundreds of stores around usa, paris but in their website they only had 6 reviews...

when asked about this they buckled and became defensive... overall nice sales people but really average product.

Please call/go immediately to mall security. Email the owners of the mall and tell them.

Email FF corporate office. Tell them you are going to sue them. I am so sorry for your experience. Hope you are okay now.

Your article was great. When I had a bad experience, I emailed Simon Corp.who own the mall. They said sorry and would take it up with the manager of Oceane which is the name of the store that sells FF.

That's probably not going to do much good. Let's see how long FF stays in malls.

So I'm at the mall and this pushy sales guy puts out his hand as if he was giving out samples next thing you know he pulls me to the side and began talking about the products when he told me the price 179 I smirked because I couldn't believe it was that much long story short he kept bringing down the price and finally came to 89.00 which in my opinion was still a lot for a mask and a makeup remover and with the tax I ended up paying 96.00 for it to be a scam and NO REFUNDS I am beyond *** they have no idea how hard we work for our MONEY to then sell us fake products and you end up literally wasting your money may god blew them though

Forever Flawless Sales Representative Review

Got snagged into a store in lower Manhattan a couple years back. Same story as what many others have written.

Aggressive sales people. Got suckered into a'free' facial and the woman who did it was practically crying at the end when i refused to buy any of the expensive items she kept offering at lower and lower prices. Yeah snake venom was one of them. Utterly ridiculous.

I did wind up getting an eye cream from another sales person that accosted me .. still use it two years on hoping some kind of placebo effect will make it work.

But so far all 40 years are right there, and the product did nothing at all. If you spot a Forever Flawless sign anywhere, just run away!
