Forever Flawless in San Antonio, Texas - I got caught up in it too

I just received my FEDEX from my new Italian best friend (forever flawless) that I met while killing time before a flight out of San Antonio. As I read the reviews here.. and I look at my box full of goodies... I am thinking.. how the eff did this happen? Yep, like others.. I paid for one item and was given an additional nine other items "free" . I haven't even tried them yet.. just keep staring at the box - buyers regret? Oh yes. Regretted it the moment I agreed to it.. even walked out of the store.. turned around and walked right back in.. only to be assured that I was doing the right thing..that it was guaranteed.... it really didn't make me feel any better. I could just have flushed that grand (and some) right down the toilet.. they take advantage of vulnerable women - probably focus on those who, like myself.. reaching the age where the lines are a little more noticeable - make promises and pretty much beat you down and admittingly, I caved in.

Forever Flawless - Peeling Gel Review from Fort Nelson, British Columbia

Worst product I have EVER used. My face felt sticky and looked like I was peeling clumps of glue off my face after using the peel. Left nothing but itchiness and redness. The facewash and moisterizer are both useless as well. The fact that they do not do refunds means that even they do not guarantee their product. Stay away from this scam! There is far better product for less money.

Forever Flawless Scam

Was nabbed walking by and within seconds was being treated with all kinds of samples, and given the spiel that it was the end of the day and they would give me the whole "white diamond" set for $149, but when I got to the register, for another $99 I could complete the set. I walked out to the tune $275, thinking I would try it and could return if unsatisfied. When I got home and read the ingredients it had nothing listed the salesman "German" had said was in it...first ingredient is water and the second is alcohol...both very drying for the skin. Then I saw the no refund, exchange only policy on the receipt. Definitely feel ripped off! I'm going to attempt to return and if that doesn't work, I'm going to stand outside all day and make sure all the people they try to lure in are fore warned!

Forever Flawless in Lone Tree, Colorado - Don't get suckered in!

OMG, I am screwed! I fell hook line and sinker. After my trip to the mall (Park Meadows Mall in CO) I walked out of there asking myself what I had just done. How could I be so ***? After a couple of hours my face started to itch, really itch! I washed off the remaining product (which felt sticky and gross) they had put on in the store and it still was hours before it quit itching. So now what? Guess I'll start with my credit card company and see what I can do. Talk about gullable! This $2000 May be gone for ever!

DO NOT BUY FOREVER FLAWLESS! IT'S PURE JUNK AND NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

I was also scammed! Park Meadows Mall, Lone Tree, CO. Company Name: Forever Flawless. The sales tactics they use are absolutely ruthless! She kept throwing in stuff and then saying "Now that's ALL!" So of course I walked out after paying $200 for what I NOW KNOW is pure junk! The face peel would NOT come off my skin! I went back the next day and demanded a refund. Of course, THEN....I find out they don't give refunds! (Right!). The manager was not in so I asked for his phone number. I left him a voice mail and didn't expect a call back, but to my surprise he called me right back. However, he was very rude, and asked me to put what I said in an email, so he could forward it to his attorney! Wow. For what? Because I told him the product was ***, ruined my skin (the esthetician couldn't even get it off!) and that I was aware of how I got "roped in" from their devious sales tactics? Yeah, right! The sales girl saw how upset I was, and practically FORCED ME to take some eye cream as a substitute. Which, by the way, is also JUNK! This business is a joke! I HOPE THAT ALL OF US "SCAMEES" DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET THIS BUSINESS CLOSED DOWN!

Forever Flawless - SCAM!!!!

For those who reviewed this complaint had not purchased any kinds of Forever Flawless products, this would be the best time for you to know the facts and the painful lesson I have taken. For those who had purchased those and had severe allergy on your skin, I am deeply sorry for that and I had been through the same pain. Here is my experience with them. I am hoping that it would be able to reach more people and let them be aware of this scam. I purchased Forever Flawless Diamond Infused Skin Care at a huge local mall in Natick, MA. The Israel salesman claimed that Diamond series products are used by many Hollywood superstars and these are the most luxurious skin care products which will make immediate difference for my skin. He put some samples on my face and it seemed like peeling my old skin. Then he said this is not like normal scrub which would damage my skin. It was made of real diamond. The fine diamond particles in the product will clean off my skin from inside. I was somehow persuaded by him finally and paid $180 for the diamond infused facial peeling gel because he gave me discount and a diamond cleansing complex as a gift for free. After 4 hours, my face was red and itchy. I searched online for information and customer reviews of this product. Many had the same bad experience as I did. I called the salesman and he said he could not refund me because I might put poisonous elements on it and he could not sale this to other customers. I said I did not open any of these and he replied with the same thing. He suggested me to wash my face with water and it would go away. I did the same way he said and the redness did not go away. As other customers experienced, the company's customer service does not exist. I don't have the confidence that the mall will take care of this issue. I was not told any non-refundable policy. When I got home I noticed it was printed on the receipt. I don't understand how this kind of company still stands. It is junk in product, making people paid high price and got hurt by this. I would like people to be aware of this scam and be away from it!

Forever Flawless's reply to:

Forever Flawless in Flushing, New York - Scam!! Sales lied about their products! never informed no return policy

It was not only the item was not as it described it was a total scam. When the sales approached to me to sell their products,I told the sales I never heard of this brand name. He lied to me that they are the most high end cosmetics in the world that they have over 200 locations world wide and their products has been used by the celebrities. He made me felt I was the one need to be ashamed that I don't even know this company. And I told the sales I don't use any other brand except LA prairie. He then lied to me again that La prairie Caviar was copied from them they were the first one discovered Caviar and they use diamond in their product too. He then asked me to try their samples. He put something on my nose. He told me how precious their products are and he showed me prices on their website with an Ipad that certain item can go as high as $5000. Since this company was owned by his family and this store plus few other one was owned by him, he wanted me to try their products for only $190. When I got home that day, my nose started to itch. Then as I flashed back the whole thing today, I just felt something was wrong. So i decided to do some research on this company and I realized it was a scam. I immediately took out my receipt, it says no return, exchange only in 15 days. I was never informed on no return policy from the very beginning till the minute I walked out the store. Even the receipt was put into my bag by the sales. I called the customer service line on the same night, the automatic system told me to call back on their working hours. I called again the next day and spoke to Sam. He said I can returned the item to the store I purchased, and only the same store can accept the return. Then I realized I was scammed again. When the sales Kobi rang up my transaction, he said there's something wrong with the system on this store, he needed to rang up my transaction by signing into his other store. Even I made my purchase in 5th ave Manhattan store, on my receipt it showed I bought the item in Stamford, Connecticut. I went back to the store on Nov 14th, and I spoke to Kobi directly. He refused to process a refund even my item was not opened and still in original condition.
