Forever Flawless in San Diego, California - Badgered to buy and refused a refund

I was badgered to buy product while getting my "free" facial. I was in the chair almost two hours and gave in. Good sense prevailed and two days later I took the products (unopened) and the receipt for a refund. I was told I had to call the company on Monday, I made two calls leaving both home and cell numbers. The badgering salesman called me back and told me I couldn't get a refund. The receipt clearly states returns can be made within seven (7) days. I'll continue to call the company to get a refund and spread the word via Facebook and conversation that the company is not trustworthy. And, my skin was itchy and painful for almost 24 hours after the "facial."

Forever Flawless Staff Review from Kansas City, Kansas

So many regiments of forehead, cheeks & neck; multiple that by 3 or more regimented applications. Just so much work for little, if any results. In addition there was a come on by the saleslady. Then absolutely no returns. do da, do da, what's up with a required 100 word before a posting a, b , d , e, f, g, h, I, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y, & z. This must be a scam complaint site, I again ask why so many words are required to fill this out.

Forever Flawless in San Antonio, Texas - Don't Buy!!!

I was walking through a mall in San Antonio while waiting for a hair appointment. The FF sales rep literally grabbed me by the arm and took me into the store. She demo'd the microdermabrasion product on the inside of my arm. I tried several times to walk out telling the salesperson I would think about it. She kept pushing different "deals". All my instincts were telling me to get out of there, but I honestly began to feel like I was going to be able to leave until I bought something. The whole thing was very high-pressure. I spent $130 on the "diamond infused facial peeling gel." She "threw in" the moisturizer cream. Then she told me to come back in a month and she would do something with my eyes! (I am 60 years old and admittedly have a wrinkle or two, but REALLY, what a thing to say!) I practically ran out of the store. When I got home I noticed the receipt said no returns. Believe me I was already thinking about taking it back. No where was this policy posted in the store, and the salesperson definitely did not mention it. Ultimately I tried the product on my face using it as directed. Number one, it is almost impossible to get the stuff off if you have any fine hair anywhere on your face. I tried everything I could think of. It literally took days before I could no longer see pieces of this stuff hanging off my face. Secondly, for several days I felt like there were tiny pieces of glass in my skin if I rubbed it. Thirdly, I could not see any positive effects at all. As for the "free" moisturizer, it is gritty and difficult to rub in. It did not feel pleasant at all and there certainly doesn't seem to be anything special about it. I doubt seriously if I would even use it as a hand cream. Is FF a scam? I certainly think it is. If the products were actually any good they would not have to pressure people so hard to buy them and they would offer a money-back guarantee. I lost $130 I could ill-afford, but I am grateful I did not get scammed out of thousands of dollars the way some others have. Stay away! If approached keep right on moving.

Forever Flawless - Skin Care Product Review from Gilbert, Arizona

I am in Vegas today and received my free sample of moisturizer and told my eyes look tired(admittedly). The salesperson immediately patted this stuff on my eye and blah blahing about it, showing me the difference etc. Yes it made the bag disappear! HOWEVER, it was extremely tight and a little stingy. I was told it would go away as soon as she patted on the 2nd part. It did relieve the tightness slightly. Then came the sales pitch of the 2 products for $1500 for a one year or $2500 for a two year supply. Um, what?!? When I balked at the price, she came back with a health show price of $750 but I only had an hour to decide. I told her I'd like to think about it and would she do the other eye so it matched. She said to think about it and when I decide, come back and they would do the other eye when I returned. When I said that to even consider the purchase I would need both eyes done to see the results during the day she replied that she would do the other eye and I didn't need to get mad. I told her that I would talk to my husband about spending so much on these products. She then said they'd give me the $350 mask and a cleanser and toner as well but if I returned after 3:00 the price would be $1500. She asked me a few questions multiple times-because she obviously didn't listen to the answers. I walked to the restroom directly and looked in the mirror. The stuff looks good if you never smile. The edges where it was applied were buckled and crusty. She said that was caused by my own makeup, but it certainly was the product. Because it was starting to burn I went back up to my room in the same hotel and washed my face-this stuff did not come off easily, was very crusty and my face is bright red still after an hour. What could possibly be in these products ( other than empty promises and some snake oil) that would garner such as a ridiculous price? I wouldn't waste the money on this stuff.

Same place, same problem. They took advantage of me. Said all the right things. Now i am out $2000. How could I let them talk me into it??? My face is still itching two days later! No refunds?? I should have been smarter. I was extremely worn out and I had been looking for some facial products. They are very good sales people. I'm a fool to fall for this!! Do not be as foolish as me!!

Pleasantly surprised by Forever Flawless. I didn't know what to expect when I got to the mall but with all that I had a great facial and did purchase some Skincare I think I will use in the future. Prices were high but manager approved a promotion for Mother's Day so I did catch a bargain.

Forever Flawless - Cream Review from San Antonio, Texas

Similar experience with the hard sell. When I said no thank you they started with the car sales routine of needing to speak with their manager to get me a better deal. And even tried to sell me a torn box for about 10 percent of original price. I can smell a scam. Then they got rude that I didn't purchase anything. The low end creme they put on my eyes to make my circles go away is nothing more than a concealer that wiped off later. ScAm. Stay away from the San antonio locations.

Forever Flawless in Sarasota, Florida - ALSO SCAMMED

I too was scammed potentially out of $800.00. Am embarrassed that I fell for such a scam. The product did work as long as I don't ever wash my face again. As soon as you wash your face, the wrinkles reappear (think there's glue in the creams). I took my product back to the store well within the 7 days for a REFUND which was very clearly posted on my receipt and now they are giving me a hard time. Is it me? Do the sales people in these stores all seem to be of gypsy origin. I am registering a claim against them through my bank since I paid with a debit card.

Thank you forever flawless because of you I look so much better. I have staring using your white line and the results are amazing. After that I started with the pink line and am very pleased. The only thing I would like is to have a store next to where I live but also getting to Vegas is not so bad. Really flawless. The BEST
