My Sister and I were on a cruise with Carnival cruise line stopped at four island, so don't remember the island I purchased the product on. I am seventy seven years old and the young lady was high presser very good at her job.

she approached us out side of the building and insisted we go in and try this amazing product, cleaned one side of our facies and applied the cream. As the cream dried The results were amazing, I purchased a jar for five hundred dollars, I must have been out of my mind to spend that kind of money on a product I had not tried before. Before we got back to the ship my face was red and blisters had started to appear. I went to ship Doctor, but there wasn't much he could do.

I spent the rest of the cruise in my cabin.

I was in UTC Mall in Sarasota and pushy sales girl talked my friend into letting her put the cream under her eye-I kept telling her no, I didn't want any-I did not sit down and did not want her to touch my face. While she told me to look at my friends face, she quickly put the cream under my eye-It immediately started to burn and I told her to take it off-she kept talking to my friend trying to get her to buy-If any place like this has to say"And if you buy it today you get a better deal" this is should be in a side show.

Needless-I got my friend out of there and under my eye is still burning and swollen today.

Someone will sue them and that will stop this. I'm shocked that UTC Mall will let them rent a place there since it's such a nice mall.

Sarasota Mall 's kiosk had successful sales persons and convinced me that their products would correct my aging skin. I fell for it.

And paid hundreds. Their "special, just for you facial" was simply an opportunity to try to sell me products in a closed room with my eyes covered.I insisted that a friend also receive the "facial" and was grateful for her support to say NO.My skin reacted poorly to the serum ,however reading the small print, opened items may not be returned nor exchanged.

BEWARE. And shame on mall owners for bringing a disreputable

retailer into a trusting clientele.

Today I was shopping at Glendale Galleria when I walked past the kiosk. One of the sales ladies approached me with a "sample" for one of their products. I was only at the mall to return a product to another store (Torrid) but had already done so and was making my way out. I kindly told the woman that I did not have much time, but she insisted that it would only be five minutes. This was probably my biggest mistake, but I allowed her to show me a demo of her product on me.

She used the White Diamond Infused Facial Peeling gel on my skin to demonstrate how great it was. I'll admit, the product was very nice until she told me how much it would range in price. I'm a recent graduate currently working UNPAID internships to break into the entertainment industry. I have some money put away but not much, so I wasn't really in the mood to spend nearly $300 on a set of three products (Exfoliant, Cleanser, Serum) I meekly told her that it was a bit out of my price range. (I really don't like being confrontational), but she insisted that she could give me a great discount by giving me the exfoliant and cleanser for a mere $160.00.

Again, this was still a bit pricey but as I kept telling her I really couldn't afford it, she then proceeded to drag me over to the cashier and start to scan the products. At this point, my refusal was seemingly falling on deaf ears and I felt like the only way I could escape was to give in and pay for the products I really did not want. I paid for the products and was given the bag, but then her boss came over and whispered something to her. The saleswoman helping me asked if I could spare another few minutes so I could demo their eye serum line. I had just paid for some products that I really did not want and now they were trying to sell me something else??

I kindly told my sales woman that I really needed to leave and she understood that. We said our goodbyes and I began to leave until I heard a woman calling, "Miss, Miss?" I turned around and her boss ran up to me and pretty much forced me in a gentle manner back towards the seat. I asked what she was doing and she said she wanted me to test out the eye serum line. My saleswoman told her boss that she had already asked me but said that I didn't have time.

Apparently, the boss did not want 'no' as an answer and said, "You're so lazy. Test out the products on her, she'll love them and it'll only take two minutes." Once again, I was being manipulated and 'bullied' to purchase these products. My saleswoman put all the products on my face and then asked me if I'd like to buy the products. This time I was a little more stern by saying 'no'. I felt like she understood but at the same time she really hoped I would splurge another hundred dollars on more products I did not need!

She allowed me to go again, but ONCE AGAIN, as I was walking away, her boss was running after me to give me her number. I said I can't, but she was persistent still. I eventually just ignored her and walked off.

Look, their products might be great, but the sales people are way too freaking aggressive. I literally at one point almost wanted to say, just give me my money back please, but I felt like they'd say no anyway. I almost want to never shop at Glendale Galleria again just to avoid those insane people.

Shimi M Forever Specialist in Las Vegas demonstrated the product on me and my girlfriend. Champagne was served and poured throughout the demo.

We were there 2 hours so of course we became a bit tipsy. Well, I ended buying 1600.00 under the influence. Product was sent to my California address (I was on vacation at the time) I returned it and never got a refund. I am still dealing with these crooks.

This happen this July. There was no receipt in the box and paid with my debit card so it was paid right away. Again they refuse a refund.

Received high pressure sales tactics. No where in the store does it say they will not accept returns.

Returned the product unopened and they refused to refund money.

This place is a sham. Tried four times to call customer service and they do not answer the phone and will not return your call.

Bought the set in San Diego. When I use the facial scrub I get all little balked stuck in my facial hair and get get them out for days ?

Your sales lady in St.Kitts used the product on my Sister and my self. My face started to burn breakout with red spots.

Back on the ship I washed my face, it did not stop the burning. by morning around my eyes was swallowing, red and cracked look lake they were sipping water. I spent the next two days in my cabin. I would a full refund of 550.00.the product has not been used.

Poor customer service

I too felt very pressured by the sales associate, but take responsibility for my purchase. However, I was not told the "no return, exchange only" policy until I saw my receipt for $160. Both products I bought unfortunately gave me an allergic reaction, and the store refused to refund any portion of my money for a product that I am unable to use.
