Forever Flawless's reply to:

Forever Flawless Skin Care Product Review from Beverly Hills, California

This is a horrid company with greedy aggressive sales reps and no humanity. An unauthorized person was in possession of my credit card and was aggressively pushed into buying over $2000 of this scam product (read the reviews of online users). The sales rep checked his id and my card and the names were totally different but decided it was still ok to charge it. When i found out i was livid and immediately took the products back 2 hours later. I explained everything and they acknowledged that this other person used my card and that they checked but wouldnt return my money. I tried countless times to find someone with an ounce of brain or heart to help me so i wouldnt have to dispute it with my credit card but they said they wouldnt exchange and didnt do anything wrong!! BEWARE THIS COMPAY!!! READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING OR EVEN CROSS THEIR THRESHHOLD!!!

Forever Flawless - Cream Review from Novato, California

Leaving the dentist in SF was pulled off the street by pushy sales person. The eye cream did look good but the cost was outrageous. The was offered a free facial by the man from Beverly Hills. Was taken to a windowless room, given champaign and kept in the room til I was tipsy enough to buy. Got home and FedExed it back the next day with receipt. I had a headache and itchy skin within an hour. The manager said no refunds when I called. Sent to my credit card company. If the refund is denied I will take to small claims court. It was just under $4000.00. I am on social security and would never pay that sort of money on myself .

Forever Flawless Staff Review from Atlanta, Georgia

I have never been treated so poorly by a company! I was acosted outside the store and convinced to come in and listen to his sales pitch. I had my 5 year old grandson with me and I kept say ing that I needed to leave and he persisted. Thought there was a chance I might like it and wanted to get out of there. i kept telling him that I had bought products on TV and returned them. He said you won't want to return this. He said why would you return it and I said "if I didn't like it. At no time did he say they had a NoReturn policy and he did not show me any sign that stated their return policy and there was no sign!!! In less than 24 hours. Never having taken he product out of the bag!!! Said I could not return. Manager degraded me and was extremely rude. I wish their business lis ends could be revoked!!

FOREVER FLAWLESS; SEACRET DEAD SEA KIOSKS SCAMS

FOREVER FLAWLESS; SEACRET DEAD SEA KIOSKS SCAMS
My friends' mother-in-law got bilked out of $7,000 from Forever Flawless at the Westfield Mall in Escondido, CA. She has dementia, and a so-called friend took her out shopping and wasn't keeping an eye out for her. Her son found out and immediately went back to the store; but was told by the owner only the $6,000 that was charged on her ONLY credit card would be refunded; but the $1,000 cash would not be returned!!!! A few years back, the same thing happened to me; but it was at a Seacret Dead Sea kiosk that scammed me. High pressure, not stop BS; but I was blown away by the attention and flattery from the young Israeli boy! I wound up purchasing $300 (thank God not $7,000); but when I got home only part of my purchase was in my bag. I went back to ask them what happened, and they told me all that I had purchased was in the bag they gave me! I wanted a refund; but of course, he refused, so I asked for a manager, and he told me HE was the manager! I even went to the mall's office to report all this; but they never followed thru with my complaint. Unfortunately, these high-pressured young illegals are somehow brought to this country on some kind of visa, and taught by 'professional' scammers how to bilk us out of our money and savings! I urge everyone to consider checking out the English version of the BBB, wesite: londonbds.org, and you can even see thru videos the tactics these young thieves use to coerce you to buy, buy, buy their inferior products. I actually wound up getting a swelling under my eyes from the product they used on me. Apparently, I was allergic to whatever was in it. I turned them in to our BBB; but nothing ever came of it!!! SO PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE OVERLY PRICED, INFERIOR PRODUCTS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST AND CHECK OUT THE INFORMATION I GAVE YOU. GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU!

Forever Flawless - Cream Review from Toms River, New Jersey

Decided to meet my friend for lunch at local mall. On my way out I wa stopped by the kiosk girl and politely declined the sample. She the. Began complimenting my nails while telling me I had such large pores and seemed shocked when I said I was 21. After forcing me into a demo, she told me the price of the product was 139$ but she'd give me both the cleanser and moisturizer (which I said I don't want and wouldn't use) for the price of one. She asked me the products I use I told her old school cold cream (which I swear by). Told me again how my skin should be better. And somehow talked me into buying the cleanser at 50$. After reading these reviews I'm now terrified to use it....

Forever Flawless - Lotion Review from Boca Raton, Florida

Visited the UTC mall in Sarasota Fl on September 17th. Walked by the Forever Flawless store and was handed a sample lotion. "Pulled" into the store for a demonstration. The collagen cream worked its magic and wrinkles were gone. High pressure sales person convinced me to purchase a two year supply for #299.00 and a free facial. Went today for the facial which was a HIGH pressure sales pitch. She wanted me to spend $13,500.00 for the products. I said no and she said she would ask my husband to buy it for me! Are you for real!?!?! After more pressure and the price being lowered I finally got out of the store. Sales person was mad and I felt duped. Stay away from this store.

Forever Flawless in Tuckahoe, New York - I am looking younger, but am now impoverished!

The "diamond infused skin cream" was amazing to reduced puffiness, and fine lines. However, after 1st being almost dragged into the store by the product pusher, I was given a european verbal love fest, 2- Products, normally $400.00 each, but because" I was so lovely", I got each for a one time offer of $200.00 a piece. I was then given a silver pass that allowed me ( because I was so wonderful LOL!!!), a one time free 'eye care facial" with their strong belief I would love it SO much I would buy ELEVEN more at 100.00 a PIECE!!! I told them I would love to be beautiful, but eating on the breadlines for the poor was free. LOL. Try to find something else!

Forever Flawless in Phoenix, Arizona - Forever bothering you in the mall..

I was approached by a woman named J. and she admired by necklace. Then she wanted to put some type of cream on my face to help with my wrinkles and sun damage. I was a bit taken aback, because I have been taking care of my skin even using dermatologist products. She even asked me if I considered having a face lift. What? Honestly, she was about 20 years old herself. Maybe they should have older sales people, who actually have wrinkles or sun damage and use the products they are pushing on customers, and not some prepubescent girl with perfect skin. I told her I am already using products and don't want to mix anything. She claimed it was all safe, and just kept putting this cream which began to feel warm on my skin. It was suppose to lift my skin. She just kept putting it on, even doing my neck, she just wouldn't stop. When she finally wiped it off, she handed me the mirror and then began taking my photo for before and after shots. I never agreed to that. She then said Madonna and many famous people use this diamond facial product. The price for a years worth, was $9300! I said I would not be purchasing that. She then asked me to keep a secret and said she would throw in a few other products if I paid $3100 for the product and referred all my friends to her. In my mind I was just thinking of a way to get out of there. Finally she asked how I would be paying for it, and I said I would need to go to the bank first. She then asked me to leave a $300 deposit on my credit card and I refused. These are the same people (from Israel) who used to try and get you to try the Dead Sea products. Same sales pitch, but now they want a small fortune. I finally left and never went back..Avoid them at all costs.

Forever Flawless - Made my face brake out in blister. cannot get anyone to contact me about refund

My Sister and I were on a cruise with Carnival cruise line stopped at four island, so don't remember the island I purchased the product on. I am seventy seven years old and the young lady was high presser very good at her job. she approached us out side of the building and insisted we go in and try this amazing product, cleaned one side of our facies and applied the cream. As the cream dried The results were amazing, I purchased a jar for five hundred dollars, I must have been out of my mind to spend that kind of money on a product I had not tried before. Before we got back to the ship my face was red and blisters had started to appear. I went to ship Doctor, but there wasn't much he could do. I spent the rest of the cruise in my cabin. The company will not answer my three emails to try and settle my complaint. Doris at 863-299-7770 or dwhite1803@aol.com
