As a tourist in Amsterdam I was walking along the street having finished my shopping for the day and got dragged into the flawless store and €1200 later I have products that I don't want or indeed need very angry and upset

I can't be believe I allowed myself to be talked into spending all that money The salesman was high pressure and far too personal.......everytime I said NO he gave me yet another gift that I didn't want and I left the store in tears knowing I had been conned....I'm nervous to use the products as I don't feel they are trustworthy.....I am going to try and go back tomorrow to get my money back.....but I'm not sure they will refund me......I hope I've learnt a big lesson from this and truly wish I could have given this money to charity rather than an over excited salesman.....so angry

Problems with payment

I have only felt like I have been duped a couple times in my life, and this is certainly one of them. I feel like a total fool For having paid $1800 for a few bottles of cream. There high-pressure sales techniques are just terrible and that should not be allowed in a retail sales environment

I was viisting the 3rd Street Promenade yesterday in Santa Monica. While just walking along, I saw a small shop.

I stopped in front of it and peered inside. I thought it might be one of those places that do "makeovers". Beign a 65 year old woman getting ready for an "event" soon, I thought I'd check it out. An agressive salesman swept me inside to have a demonstration.

The very nice salesman who said he was from Italy, gave me the shmooze that other posters have written about. He cleansed my skin with what he said was purified water and a cotton ball. He began applying some serum and some cream. He treated one half of my face and took a photo with his ipad and showed me the side he treated compared to the side he hadn't treated.

I can honestly say I DID notice the difference. He explained how I didn't need expensive and dangerous cosmetic surgery.

That this line of products would take care of all my "issues", even my sagging eyelids. Luckily for me, I had no intention of buying any of these porducts while I was there.

I am not an impulse buyer. I have had credit card problems in the past and once I was out of debt I made an agreement with myself to only make major purchases after going home to think on it for a day or two. That keeps me from impulse purchases I may be sorry for later, and cannot afford. This salesman also dropped the cost when he saw that I wasn't biting the bait.

He told me the "kit" I needed was $599. I told him that I could not afford that. He told me to hold on a minute. He went to the back of the store and when he came back out he stated that he was the manager of that store (yeah, right) and he'd sell me just the eye treatment for $229.

I thanked him very much for his demonstration, took his busineiss card and walked out of the shop. I could see that he looked dejected as he cleaned up his little table where he's worked on my face, after he had given me his best sales pitch and I didn't buy. I said goodbye to the other salespeople in the shop as I left and he didn't even look at me. When I got home a few hours later I looked in the mirror, and i felt that my face DID look better.

But... I noticed a small spot on my chin, just underneath my l lip where the skin had actually split open and was bleeding. I didn't understand why, maybe it has something to do with the "diamond dust" they supposedly use? Something cut the skin there, as I didn't have a blemish or pimple in that spot prior to the treatment.

Who knows? I had no other allergic reactions to the products and this morning, less than 24 hours later, my skin appears to look better.

However, having read online a rating of the top skincare products in order of effectivenes, I think that when I have the extra money to spend on myself, I will buy one of those tried-and-true brands.

Lying sales person

On vacation in Breckenridge, CO 7 weeks ago. Diamond package guy jumps out of the store to tell me how horrible my skin is and how I should be concerned.

I have great skin (not bragging...wonderful genetics...Grandma died at 94 with barely a wrinkle on her face) for my age. Diamond package started talking about rebuilding collagen. I was hooked. I work in medicine and know that you can't replace collagen so I had to hear the pitch.

For 45 minutes I listened to him malign everything I used as skin care and how his product was a miracle. Finally I couldn't stand it anymore and told him I worked in medicine and science and that he was basically a snake oil salesman and that his insulting sales pitch could use some work too. This past Monday I was shopping in a local high end mall. SAME GUY (150 miles away from my vacation encounter) jumps out with his Diamond package and starts the same pitch.

I stood there for about 10 seconds. And then I reminded him of our encounter in Breckenridge and the fraud he was. He went dead silent. I walked away laughing my head off.

Don't buy this. It is a lie.

Poor customer service

I had a very similar experience as the 75 yr. old woman at the NorthShore Mall did.

It was a kiosk rather than the store. A young woman approached me with a diamond shape handout and quite cleverly started talking about her products. She was aggressive - put a mirror to my face, insisted I had blackheads, open pores, and the onset of Rosacea which could eventually cost $3,000 for treatment. Oh she also commented on my hands.

Well by then I was insulted by her comments. I'm not blind I can see if I have blackheads, etc. She had a look of astonishment when I left. I too will report them to the BBB and NorthShore Mall.

They are out of Las Vegas, NV and started 2013. How dare they come to Massachusetts!!!

The Diamond line made me break out in a rash. I exchanged it for the "natural" line priced at $700 per jar. My face looks dry and blotchy.

I was taken for 2000.00 dollars in Boston. I have broken out and have a bad skin rash after only 3 days.

I am taking daily pictures.

I know they have evaded responses from consumers. But it so happens I am a disabled attorney, so I have lots of time and lot of drive to either get a refund__including disputing the charge of my credit card...to putting the news of the scam out, notice to the malls, better bussiness bureau and what ever else I need to do to make this company pay or end it's scam or go bankrupt(the best solution for this company

Ya know, the competition comes to these postings to :smack: talk a product. This target was Forever Flawless...

Historically the competition attacks a product that works. Hence, all of the attacking in this forum. I was gently handled in San Diego. I tried the product on one eye, and even tho I didn't buy anything, the young lady would not let me leave "lopsided".

My smile wrinkles had been reduced greatly by the serum. I DID NOT BUY ANYTHING! The items they were offering me were NOT expensive- 50 to 150 for their products... affordable for most of us.

I am just a mountain girl with an opinion of this false bashing of many products by their competition on this internet. Much of what YOU read on your devise is not true.

Smart or stoopid- which are you?? nuff said.

I was recently pulled into a Forever Flawless store as I was walking through the mall. The sales person (owner) of the franchise was very high pressure.

Every time I tried to leave he would introduce something else. I ended up buying something just to get out of the store. After leaving the store, I wanted to go back and return the product. It is extremely expensive.

I then found out that they do not take returns only exchanges. If I wanted something from the store I wouldn't have been returning it. I was never told that was the policy. There is no guarantee on the product either.

I contacted Forever Flawless directly and the response I received was basically "sorry for your luck". The stores are independent franchises and make their own policies. That is ***. If I owned a product line and felt that is was good, I would make certain that any one representing my product would follow guidelines that I set.

If the product is so good, then allowing refunds wouldn't be a problem because no one would be returning it.

This company should be out out of business. They scammed my 75 year old mother into buying $1300 worth of skin care.

she was NEVER told the price of the products but the pushy sales people made her feel obligated to buy their products. They NEVER explained that she couldn't return the products, she only realized that when she read her receipt. I have been dealing with their "customer service" which is an absolute joke! There is no phone number to call, only an email address to contact.

I have sent multiple emails and they will not respond. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will also let the North Shore Mall (where their store is) know that this is a terrible business and they should not rent to them.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY ARE A RIP OFF. GOOGLE THE COMPANY AND YOU WILL SEE POOR REVIEWS ALL AROUND.
