Reason of review
Poor customer service

I bought this at Mica cosmetics in Corte Madera California I was told to try Forever Flawless for 30 days no risk there are no signs posted in the store that there are no refunds I brought the products back the next day after doing research online and found out how many bad reviews this product has and they were very unprofessional he told me that the boss was in a business meeting in the back of the store pointing at a door and told me to leave my

name and phone number and he would call me and told me to go home and handle this by phone . By the way they way overcharged me for this product how can they still be in business? Scam!!!

Please beware of this company! Me and my sister at the mall in Pleasanton California and I had gone to do something else she had gotten to the store by the ttime I got back she was 800.00 in the hole.

She got s free so called 500.00 facial yesterday. He tried to sell their products at $4,000 and then when she told him she couldn't afford that then he went to 3000 then he went to 2500 then he said something about a gold card and he would fill it out and everything she could have it for 700. So that goes to show you that if the product is so expensive and they can drop it from 4000 down to 700 it's a scam and now her face is broke out. No return policy!

I will be contacting everybody I can about this product and I make my own class action lawsuit against them. I will keep this page updated as I go. If they worked for a few but a lot of people there was having a reaction to it.

And there reviews you can't trust them because they can write their own. Thank you for reading this!

It was not only the item was not as it described it was a total scam. When the sales approached to me to sell their products,I told the sales I never heard of this brand name.

He lied to me that they are the most high end cosmetics in the world that they have over 200 locations world wide and their products has been used by the celebrities. He made me felt I was the one need to be ashamed that I don't even know this company. And I told the sales I don't use any other brand except LA prairie. He then lied to me again that La prairie Caviar was copied from them they were the first one discovered Caviar and they use diamond in their product too.

He then asked me to try their samples. He put something on my nose. He told me how precious their products are and he showed me prices on their website with an Ipad that certain item can go as high as $5000. Since this company was owned by his family and this store plus few other one was owned by him, he wanted me to try their products for only $190.

When I got home that day, my nose started to itch. Then as I flashed back the whole thing today, I just felt something was wrong. So i decided to do some research on this company and I realized it was a scam. I immediately took out my receipt, it says no return, exchange only in 15 days.

I was never informed on no return policy from the very beginning till the minute I walked out the store. Even the receipt was put into my bag by the sales. I called the customer service line on the same night, the automatic system told me to call back on their working hours. I called again the next day and spoke to Sam.

He said I can returned the item to the store I purchased, and only the same store can accept the return. Then I realized I was scammed again. When the sales Kobi rang up my transaction, he said there's something wrong with the system on this store, he needed to rang up my transaction by signing into his other store. Even I made my purchase in 5th ave Manhattan store, on my receipt it showed I bought the item in Stamford, Connecticut.

I went back to the store on Nov 14th, and I spoke to Kobi directly. He refused to process a refund even my item was not opened and still in original condition.

The wholesale company below sends out identical or similar messages to most people. I got a similar message & contacted them.

Basically, the representative told me they are franchise and did not receive the proceeds from the individual retailers.

Also, they don't offer refunds and if I DISLIKE the product, then the only solution is to TRASH the product. What kind of company would tell customers to TRASH their product?

Did the same to me!!! I was told it was $400 and the receipt was covered by card when they were talking to me........was $1600 no refund!!!!! They are thieves...

I was recently in Vegas and stayed at a very pricey upscale hotel called the Cosmopolitan. The shops located in their mall are very high end (Michael Kors, Stella McCarthy, etc.) expensive designer types so I just assumed that Skin 6/2 was along the same line.

As I was walking past the store to go have lunch, I was handed a product sample. No sooner had I accepted the sample when a very insistent salesman appeared and said that they were having a "one time only deep pocketed discount sale" and he didn't want me to miss out because the sale was only in effect for another 2 hours. He claimed that their was a convention of cosmetologists meeting at the hotel and that was the reason for this amazing 66% off sale. Of course, my curiosity was aroused and I agreed to let him demonstrate one of his products on me.

The name of this particular line was FOREVER FLAWLESS. He placed a small amount of peeling gel on my cheek and "voila" my old skin just pealed off. When I asked what the product retailed for, he told me $1500.00 !!!!! I went into instant sticker shock and told him that NO WAY would I spend that kind of money on a facial product EVER !!

He then proceeded to tell me that because of the convention taking place that he could offer it to me for $500.00 and that he would also throw in some snake venom cream ( synthetic Botox) and a daily moisturizer. At this point I told him that I was getting very hungry and needed to go have lunch and that I would think about it. By this time I had been in the store for nearly an hour. It was going on 1:00 PM.

He reminded me that this offer was only good until 2:00 PM. He then said that because there was only an hour left and this was my "lucky day" that he was going to throw in some toner which retailed for $200.00. He also managed to show me FOREVER FLAWLESS's website so that I could see that the snake venom cream alone retailed for $1500.00. At this point he ALMOST had me.

I wanted to know if their was a customer satisfaction guarantee. He said that I had 30 days in which I could return the products if dissatisfied and would get a full $ amount back. I thought wow this is "too good to be true". Just $500.00 for all of these luxury skin products and full money back guarantee if not happy.

You know the rest........

After 2 weeks of using the products I developed a rash. I have tried contacting both the store Skin 6/2 and the customer service rep. for Forever Flawless. Neither will return my calls.

The Forever Flawless phone # is simply a recording and Skin6/2 claims that they will have a store manager contact me. Three weeks have know gone by and I am passed the "30 days".

WHATEVER YOU DO: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!

Not one for getting taken, I'm usually very wary of come ons..didn't know I would fall so badly for this one. Got stopped in the mall in Mesa AZ.

2 foreign guys VERY pushy sales tactics.. Don't let them take hold of your hand!!

I can't even explain how *** I feel right now. I did buy stuff..but tried to get outta there. It is weird how it all went down..in many ways I just keep going over it in my mind as to how I could be so snowed!!

It's my fault, I know, and I am responsible for being duped..but I am warning all of you.

The cosmetics they are pushing are not worth what they are asking in any way. I am really upset about this and keep laying awake for 3 nights thinking of how I ended up listening to this junk. No return policy just exchanges, they double team, and it's tough to get outta there, don't let them suck you in.

I ended up spending money I saved for Christmas gifts...that's why I was at the mall in the first place. I'm embarrassed and angry.

I feel the same way. I wish I didn't buy the face peel, at least I only paid for $65.

I said no couple times to other deals & he finally said he will give me the face peel for $65. I fell for it.

After I read the reviews, I called my credit card & asked to be issued a new number. My credit card company said I can only dispute the charge later because the charge is still pending.

Apparently, they can't just cancel the pending item.

Key West: High pressure pull people coming in fr boat trips & on strip. Try a facial and then start quoting outlandishly high pricing w/ deep discounting.

And they keep throwing something in for free. I bought a bag full of stuff to try; I signed a pad (which is common) then he said it didn't take my signature & I signed a receipt as well which he placed side-ways to me (thought nothing of it at the time). He put the receipt in my bag. He then took me in the back for a facial (which he was only going go apply on 1 side for comparison) and quoted 20K to me as an alternative to a face lift.

Now I am feeling the slime-factor & I said no. He continued to push w/ additional products/discts/incentives. He told me that there was a guarantee & that it was invented by Dr. OZ.

It rained for 3 days & 4th day I tried to return unopened. They said that they couldn't take it back as it was 14 days exchange only (on small sign at the back of wall) & on the receipt in the bag (which I didn't see). I feel totally ripped off & would never recommend a company that doesn't stand behind its products. The corporate headquarters offers no help as well.

This is a sleaze operation.

Buyer beware! I will continue posting so no one else gets stung.

Happened to be at a mall, when one of the forever flawless

employee approached me and started to tell me to try their product. I told her maybe not cause I never heard or read about it, but ofcourse as usual they keep insisting.

So I asked only for the neck cream nothing else. She said it was $250.00 . I almost fainted, so cause they are very good at selling, she added that the cream moisterizer and the Diamond infues lifting serum is even better then the neck mask, and it is only $179.00 still I said that is outragious, so in one split second she changed the prize to $120.00 WOW that did'nt take her long to bring down the prize. So silly me I believed her and bought it thinking this is going to help my neck (decolette).

Well what a surprise I have been using it morning and night fort the last 4 months and there is no change whatsoever. This is pathetic giving the wrong info, and so much pressure, cause these people are so consistent that you end up buying. I am so disgusted and disappointed after 4 months one shud see a change. Yet I would have been better off with something from

the pharmacy for $20.00 trust me.

cause Forever Flawless is just a bunch of BS.

You guys are just stealing our money.

Yes, the same thing happened to me except the product they used on my eyes seemed to show instant results while in the store. Once I got it home it was no different that buying something from the Dollar General.

In the store it tingled, at home it didn't. I feel they sold me something totally different than they used in the store.

Anyway, live and learn! Good luck!

The products are low end junk. The Israelis are working illegally with student visas or none at all.

Tell them you are reporting them to immigration. There is no set price. The price is as high as you will pay! The young Israeli's come after military service to "see the world" and rip you off while they are illegally here!

They get a %30 commission off sales. The communal housing they are required to live in is deducted from that %30 also.

Several laws are being broken here. Not to mention the outright shame of the "hard sell." Do whatever you can to spread the word and help stop these scammers!

My husband & I were staying at Caesar's in Las Vegas last month when very pretty young women offered a sample mosturizer for free. After accepting the free sample they insisted on me going into their little store to show me more.

they are very aggressive sales people & won't take 'no' for an answer. I didn't want to spend time there - was on my way to lunch with my husband, so I purchased just a few items. They kept calling me for a free facial which I accepted on the morning when we were leaving. My big mistake!!

.. the second sales person was even more aggressive .. acted like her life was on the line if she didn't sell me more. I kept saying 'no' & she kept offering me more free stuff and told me she would refund my previous purchase.

.. before I had a chance to think, she totaled everything up to $2000.00 but said she would deduct $800 --- if this company was more honest, perhaps I would not feel as foolish as I do now -- they did refund my credit card $700, but charged me over $2000.00 for creams, etc that I do not want or need.

My next comment will be to the BBB.

You are a bit of a dimwit. The excuse, 'they don't take no for an answer' never works because you could have just walked away and ignored them.

Hi, I bought a few of these products yesterday and tried to return them today. Unfortunately I never saw the "no refund" on the sales slip, so when I tried to return them today I was told that they cannot refund any products, just exchange within 30 days. The took my phone number and said customer service would call.

How did you get a refund?

This happened with the Forever Flawless company but OroGold is a sister company.

I was walking in St Laurent shopping mall when I was stopped by a Forever Flawless salesman. He was really insistent about showing me the product. I wasn't really expecting such high pressure sales tactics or I would have just kept walking. I really wish I had and had nothing to do with this company. Anyway, back to the story, he demostrated some of their products on me. He put a peel on my inner arm and some eye care under my left eye. I admit I was impressed because the inital results were amazing. Anyway, it was a really hard sell. There was a bit of sticker shock when he told me the price but then he discounted it by including products for free. So I purchased the products.

Anyway, I did some more shopping and then went home. Soon after I got home, I looked at my arm where the product had been applied and it was all red. I went and looked in the mirror and the skin under my left eye where the eye care had been applied was red too.

By this time, the mall had closed so I went back the next day. The same salesman was working but he wouldn't give me a refund even through the products hadn't been opened. They would only exchange the product. The salesman was still trying to sell other products to me, but after what happened to my arm, I don't want to use any of their products. I don't believe their products are safe. I still exchanged the the peel and eye cream for body butter. At least, I didn't experience any redness from this product. I am stuck with lots of jars of a product that I am afraid to use.

You would expect that a company that sells a geniune product would have a satisfaction guarantee. I really think I should be able to get a refund because their product made my skin go red. A legimate company with a legimate product shouldn't need to use high pressure sales tactics.

Anyway, I think my money is gone for good but I hope this review saves someone's else money.

Keep walking when the Forever Flawless/OroGold salespeople approach you in the mall. Run if you have to.

I have a feeling we may have dealt with the same man. Four years ago, I was trying to get somewhere by cutting through the mall when I accidently locked eyes with this salesman.

His tactics were very aggressive and every time I tried to leave he would step in my way or grab my arm. Despite having very little cash on me at the time(only enough to buy lunch) he repeatedly tried to get me to buy despite saying no(I also kept explaining I had no money), and during the conversation I had to frequently ask him to stop touching me. He also insulted my skin(being 17 at the time, I was plagued by teenage acne and preferred not to clog my pores further with foundation) and asked why I dressed like a slob when I carried such an expensive purse. He then said if my parents could afford to buy a purse like that then I could call them and ask them for the money to buy his skin care products.

It hit me. I told him the truth: the purse was a gift given to me by an over-indulgent ex and that I like the way I dressed, and would not buy anything from him even if my parents or I had the money. He got upset and started grumbling and I ran off. His demeanor and the fact he would not respect my space or my refusal made me feel unsafe and every time I have gone to St.

Laurent since then I have been accompanied by a male friend. You cannot harass minors you think are well-off just to sell your quota.

Good to know OroGold is sister company. I got scammed yesterday into buying the face peel from Forever Flawless.

I am so mad at myself for getting sucked into a low end product. I should just keep say no and leave the place.

All skin type are different. Maybe you had redness due to sensitive skin, but I love it.

All my friends noticed it and yeah I am using their product (forever flawless). The Bay Mall in Victoria BC.

The company issued a refund for the full amount. I am not aware of any change in their return policy.

Original review posted by user Jan 03, 2013

I purchased some items at the Forever Flawless store in Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, Ga. No mention was made of a no return policy.

An alleged sign to that affect was hidden on the checkout counter and a no return policy was mentioned on the receipt after the purchase was completed. When I returned the items, the store refused. I left the items on the counter and walked out. BEWARE OF THIS STORE.

THEY BELIEVE SO LITTLE IN THEIR PRODUCTS THAT YOU RUN THE RISK OF GETTING STUCK WITH THEM OR THAT ONCE YOU BUY FROM THEM, YOU NEVER BUY AGAIN SO THEY ONLY HAVE ONE SHOT AT YOU.

Whatever their motivation might be, be especially concerned if you want to give their items as a gift and the gift recipient can't or won't use them. I will do my gift purchasing elsewhere and will not buy in a store with a no return policy.
