Forever Flawless in Duluth, Georgia - Dazed & disturbed - mall of GA

I was walking in the mall and got pulled into Forever Flawless store. The guy tried the face peel on my hand and showed how quickly the cream can absorb into my skin. He also polished my nail...etc. I didn't realize how many things the guy tried to show me but I was feeling overwhelmed. Overall the sale's pressure and tactics were very aggressive. He said the nail set is life time guaranty and is only $159. The face peel is $179...etc. I was ready to leave and he told me he will give me a business card. He led me to the computer and he started talking about other things. I wasn't really interested and then he said he can offer me buy one get one free for the nail set. I have never bothered with my nails and said no. He then said, " Can you keep a secret?" I rolled my eyes and just asked what. He said if I don't tell anyone about what he offered me, then he will only charge the manager's special for the face peel, which is $60 (Oops, I let the secret out). So, I ended up with an impulse buy of the $60 peel. Strangest thing is that I don't even know why I got sucked into it. After I get home, I researched online & read about 100 negative reviews. I felt unsettled and uneasy, so I tried to call Forever Flawless the next day but phone number is not on receipt. I also could not find the store's number on the internet or on mall of GA's website. I bet the store intentionally did that to avoid all complaints. Anyway, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT OR EVEN LOOK AT THEM WHEN THEY HAND YOU A SAMPLE. DO NOT BOTHER TO TALK TO THEM. Even if the product truly works, I don't like their sales method and return policy. After reading how many people lost hundreds or thousands of dollars, I don't know if I should consider myself lucky that I only lost $63.60 (include tax)?

Forever Flawless - Grandmother in Denver airport

while walking to my gate for a flight I was approached by a sales person. I told her several times I couldn't afford their products. Each time I would try to leave she would bring over a man who put more pressure on me. I said several times that I needed to go to my gate. Each time they would keep after me. Finally when it was time to board my flight I gave them my card just to get away. I now have $500 worth of unopened products that I can't bring myself to use. The tactics they use should be against the law. I called my credit card company and the phone numbers listed for this SCAM don't get answered. They took advantage of an elderly person who really can't afford to loose that money.

Forever Flawless - Pressured into Buying Bad Products

Today I was going through the mall doing my holiday shopping when I passed a Forever Flawless store. A woman and a man were standing outside passing out little samples, and although I tried to walk past nonchalantly (I have no interest in skin products), the woman walked forward to block my path and push the sample towards me. Trying to be polite, I reached for it, but some way or another one of us dropped it, and the little paper fluttered to the floor. When trying to hand it back to me, she grabbed my hand and guided me into the store, asking me tons of questions and basically bombarding me. I have severe anxiety and in stressful situations I basically shut down and just let things happen, and she could tell I was vulnerable. She proceeded to slather some salt stuff on my hands and go on to tell me all about how the diamonds inside are "scientifically proven to exfoliate 2-3 layers of dead skin", meanwhile I was trying desperately to think of a way out. Long story short, she told me that the whole shebang would be $160, and that was just not happening. When I tried to shuffle away, she got all quiet and said that she could hook me up with both for just $80, so long as I kept it quiet. I was desperate to just get out of there and have an anxiety attack in peace, so I ended up shelling out the money for something I didn't want, didn't need, and didn't intend to use. I thought that I may be able to return the scrub the next day, but as listed on the receipt (and NOT said at any point during the sales pitch), there are NO refunds. Immediately after using the scrub, though my hands were softer, my skin became very irritated and feels prickly all over. Tonight, writing this review after the experience, my skin is still stinging. I know I will not be using this product or gifting it to anyone as it could potentially be dangerous. Now I have to go through a lengthy process in order to get this garbage out of my possession and hopefully get my money back.

Forever Flawless Skin Care Product Review from New York, New York

Hi I'm here with MY mom at the Danvers one. She first bought their products a month ago, and until yesterday I had not learned, but she spent $3000 on cosmetics. Then she realized what she did and then when she got home, she had to go back and return them, but then the man convinces her that she would need that, and she comes home with $3000 more of cosmetics. (Ik your thinking that my moms an *** but it's not that, it's more will and how pushy the salespeople are, On top of them not knowing the price.) anyway, we came in today to return everything and they don't accept returns. So 12 facials were included, and she may as well use those so that's where I am with her now. This is my first time in this store, and I looked it up online, because I have never heard of it. To my sort of surprise, I see on the internet that they have hired illegal Israli workers and pay them under the table. I'm thinking yeah maybe that happened once, but at one point the guy opens the closet door, and I am shocked to see in the closet- a tanakh, - in English and Hebrew. At this point I am unsure what to do and am thinking of going to the better business beurau next.

Forever Flawless Eye Serum Review from Seattle, Washington

I was approached by a salesperson/represantative while strolling through Fremont Street in Las Vegas. I said "no" several times, but he pressed, even blocking me from walking away. I figured no big deal, I will hear the sales pitch, but told him that I had no intention of buying the product. He applied the product to my eye, and I listened to his sales pitch. By this time, I am fairly sure I had already declined to buy the product at least 6 times, but he persisted, even to the point of blocking my path to the exit. When he finally accepted that I was not going to buy the product, he began asking personal questions about how much money I make, whether my husband treats me well, and even about my sex life and my kids. He said that I should not visit Las Vegas if I did not have enough money for the product he was trying to sell. (Money was not the problem; rather, I simply had no interest in buying it.) He told me that I did not deserve to look and feel good about myself. Having no other options, I finally pushed past him and left the store. Are they so desperate for a sale that they feel they must insult people who do not buy their product?

Forever Flawless - Cream Review from College Park, Maryland

All I can say is run, run, run, from any salesperson pushing Forever Flawless. The clever, very high pressure salespeople push ridiculously priced creams but do not give full disclosure about the no refund policy. They are so aggressive, it is impossible to get out of the store without buying something! Yes, in their low light stores immediate results look good, but they are very temporary, and in my case, I had a rash before I got home, the glue like substance they put around my eyes ended up burning. I called for a refund, but the sales slip they give you AFTER you sign a credit card charge says exchanges only. I am going to contact the mall management as well as my credit card company - this company is a scam - stay away, there are honest companies with more reasonably priced products!

Forever Flawless in Saint Louis, Missouri - So Dishonest

I've spent an embarrassing amount of money with this company and yet when I tried to redeem a gift certificate that my husband had purchased they refused to honor it, saying that they had given me "enough deals." Liars. I guess spending more than $7,500 isn't enough. They've always been extremely pushy, using their "facials" as a ploy to get me to buy more stuff. And they aren't really facials -- they're more like product demos. I compared their sales tactics with friends who also use their products and we all agree that they will say anything to get us to buy.
