Your sales lady in St.Kitts used the product on my Sister and my self. My face started to burn breakout with red spots.

Back on the ship I washed my face, it did not stop the burning. by morning around my eyes was swallowing, red and cracked look lake they were sipping water. I spent the next two days in my cabin. I would a full refund of 550.00.the product has not been used.

I too felt very pressured by the sales associate, but take responsibility for my purchase. However, I was not told the "no return, exchange only" policy until I saw my receipt for $160. Both products I bought unfortunately gave me an allergic reaction, and the store refused to refund any portion of my money for a product that I am unable to use.

Gabriel at the 40th street location in Manhattan is extremely pushy. What started out as a sample facial was a sales pitch I hadn't anticipated.

After repeatedly saying I wasn't interested nor convinced, he offered me two discounts (which only tells me the cost is hiked up so high at $179.) Finally, he got me to fork over a $20 deposit. My skin feels drier than it did when I was practically forced into the store.

I will say he's an excellent salesman and could sell water to a well but I definitely won't be back to buy the product he put on "hold" for me and will take the forgettable $20 loss. Overall, not satisfied and he was way too pushy to be convincing.

I NEVER stop at mall kiosks but for some reason this guy just got me to stop. He did the peel thing on my arms I told him that was cool but I'm a school teacher and there is quite literally not one chance I would buy it for $99.00.

He looked at my Nordstrom bag, implying I could afford it (it was a return for my mother) which visibly pissed me off so he backed down. Then as I stood there with no emotion on my face he just kept repeating why I needed it, insulted my 29 year old non-wrinkly face, and pissed me off. I walked away and he ran after and gave me the peel for $39.00 and a free facial which I do not even want. WHY would you fight me on $99.00 if the product isn't worth it!!!

Beware to those who decide to pay full price!!!!!

Basically, so far the product works but sales people are grotesque. Basically, only good cause it was cheap.

They won't accept any returns even on the same day of porches. What company can do that ?

That was my experience with the store in Lincoln Rd in Miami Beach.very aggressive sales reps . I payed for stuff I didn't want !!! I came back the same day and then they show me this little sign that say no refunds exchange only. How is that possible .

I want everyone else to be carfule with this scam, it is way over priced pushy sales reps that won't take NO for an answer. I read other reviews about them and they are all the same.

My daughter was lured into the Forever Flawless in Westfield North County Mall and they were horrible and humiliated her beyond what anyone deserves. After luring her in and telling her how bad her skin is, which she's already self conscience about, this low life employee had the nerve to whisper into her "*** ***" when she wanted to leave the store because she wasn't interested in their product, not to mention she couldn't afford it in the first place.

I have never experienced such behavior from a company before.

This is so unacceptable and this company should be ashamed of themselves for even employing someone like this ***! SHAME ON THEM AND WHOEVER MANAGES THIS STORE!

I am usually not easy to sell to. I was walking in miranda nsw australia shopping center when a seemingly lovely guy approached me.

I tokd him several times i wasnt interested by he could seriously sell snow to the swedish people.

I ended up buying the peel for $100 and although the guy was lovely, i felt in my stimach that he was lying way too much... After a bit of research they are tied to the same company as the israeli dead sea minerals company, and are very very pushy.

i was in mall a young man stopped me and talked me into trying these products ! He was very convincing when I told him I didn't really have the money to spend but he said if I bought this but not to say anything he would throw in one of the products lots of pressure for sure !!

He was so sweet he won me over very gullible my bad !!!

The facial does burn my face was hot ! It's packaged very nice and smells nice but 300.00 later on my charge card very over priced for sure !!

Strongly suggested by sales representative of this company that I had the perfect face. Asked me to swear to secretecy about the deals of the prices they were going to give me.

Tried to get me to buy $7500 black diamond products, after repeatedly saying no, the sales pitch became even more aggressive! What a scam! I had purchased over 400.00 dollars of product before this so called make up artist of the stars started her pitch on me. I could not wait to leave the salon to go to the rest room in JC Penny's to wash the products they applied off of my face.

My skin was on fire! My eyes burned! I took the products back that I had purchased, unopened, and never removed from the bag, but they refuse to accept them. They say that no one has a return policy on make up, which is a big bunch of *** even they offer a 14 day return if products purchased online.

Notified my credit card company for a dispute of charges. Reported company to BBB.

I don't understand all the people crying and whining about Forever Flawless. I bought the "white diamond" collection which is the starter collection with peel, cleanser, and moisturizer.

It works great with my skin and my skin has never looked better. Yes it was expensive. But I have never been fond of drugstore cosmetics. If you pay attention to the instructions during the demonstration, you can easily do the same routine at home.

I personally don't believe in putting cheap junk on my face (since it's the only one I have) so some things are worth the splurge. Just because your tight budget gave you buyer's remorse doesn't make Forever Flawless a scam. You paid for the products and walked out of the store right? That's a legitimate business.

A scam is when they take your money and don't give you what's promised. Learn the difference people and grow up!

If only they made a cleanser for some people's attitudes... sheesh.

Call bbb and report these people!! call the police or whoever it takes and get these scammers out of the malls.

I was approached by one of those really aggressive women at a mall. I was hooked, a bit, until she said one thing.

She said "our product does not include SPF. SPF is very, very bad for you and we put in tea tree oil instead". Ummmmm SPF is not an ingredient... it's an acronym for Sun Protection From...

So I walked away. Glad I did now that I have read all this. I could not believe how aggressive that woman salesperson was. I actually listened to her for about 15 minutes and believed every word she said.

Until the SPF comment.

Then, a light went on and I thought.... I don't think so.

It means Sun Protection Factor, but there are a few ingredients that give that effect. It may have been a careless way to say it, but is how most people understand it.

I don't want any SPF ingredients in my cosmetics because they are almost all carcinogenic (I say almost all because I'm not aware of any that aren't, but could just be uninformed of some that are).

I was badgered to buy product while getting my "free" facial. I was in the chair almost two hours and gave in.

Good sense prevailed and two days later I took the products (unopened) and the receipt for a refund. I was told I had to call the company on Monday, I made two calls leaving both home and cell numbers. The badgering salesman called me back and told me I couldn't get a refund. The receipt clearly states returns can be made within seven (7) days.

I'll continue to call the company to get a refund and spread the word via Facebook and conversation that the company is not trustworthy. And, my skin was itchy and painful for almost 24 hours after the "facial."

So many regiments of forehead, cheeks & neck; multiple that by 3 or more regimented applications. Just so much work for little, if any results.

In addition there was a come on by the saleslady. Then absolutely no returns. do da, do da, what's up with a required 100 word before a posting a, b , d , e, f, g, h, I, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y, & z.

This must be a scam complaint site, I again ask why so many words are required to fill this out.
